This Michelin-rated restaurant has a lovely open wine bar. Have a glass on the lawn overlooking the water -- a great reward for parents to relax after a trip to the nearby children's museum.

Sit outside on the benches and order a beverage. Remember to bring your sunglasses. It can be warm. The view of the Golden Gate is unique and the city is great from there. Read more

Cavallo (Farley Bar) is the perfect reward after taking a brisk walk over the Golden Gate. Order a few apps and a Salty Dog cocktail and just sit back and enjoy that gorgeous view.

If you visit, take a quick walk upstairs from the restaurant and view the pieces from Gregory Colbert's Ashes and Snow collection - amazing!

The Prather ranch burger and the truffle fries are to die for. You can't go wrong with their cocktails either.

At the actual cavallo point. Out past the yacht club you can watch porpoises feed at ebb tide. Not much to watch really. But they've returned to the bay after a long absence and aught be celebrated.

Try a glass of the Hill Family Estate chardonnay...a wonderful compliment to any meal. Bright fruit and good acidity to pair with any of Chef's amazing food!

Posto ideale per rilassarsi e dormire. Purtroppo le stanze hanno un odore un pó forte di cavallo.
