Awesome place to hike. The trails are all moderate difficulty, but there are a few steep hills to climb. Highly recommend hiking here.

This is a very good alternative to do in between running. Many different level trails and very shady. Try it out!

Journey away from it all within the City of Dallas. This preserve is a little escape into nature with climbs, bends, and swerves on the well kept pathways.

One of the best woodsy-outdoor escapes in Dallas County. There are picnic tables, miles of hiking trails & a nice little pond. (And poison ivy off trail, you've been warned). It's closed on Mondays.
