The service was fantastic (I was there during low-season so it was less busy). Unfortunately the food didn't measure up to the friendly people. Seafood was fresh, but over cooked.

The place si happening, the food quality is awesome. The service is fast but smug little shits. They made fun of the fact that we didn't know how to properly use the tools to eat crab n lobster. As if

Very expensive, line-ups 30 minutes after opening, crowded, no cod.

Anthony Bourdain's rec and my favorite meal in Lisbon. Must try clams in garlic, edible crab, giant tiger prawns, scarlet prawns, steak sandwich (dessert). Fair prices for the high quality (by weight)

Delicious shellfish!! Lobster, crab, prawn and shrimp are all delicious! Definitely worth the wait in the line outside. The wait was made even easier with the self-service tap beer

Very active mood. Fresh seafood. Delicious! But, recommend to order food with the special request for not putting salts on the food. Little bit salty.

Get the edible crab, garlic clams, and garlic shrimp. I thought the jumbo tiger prawns were overcooked.

Amazing place for sea food, anything you choose tastes great. Best restaurant in the neighborhood! Huge line though, but worth to wait

Chaotic and delicious. Go during the day though coz the hood it's in is a little sketch. It's about a 15 minute walk from Martim Moniz station on the subway.

Giant tiger prawns are the #1 thing to get here. They're bursting with flavor and juicy meat.

Amazing lobster, clams and jumbo shrimp.

Will not come back for two reasons: 1. While waiting in the queue (about 30 minutes), we where harassed by several beggars. 2. Really noisy in the restaurant.

Overrated and expensive! Everything is salty

Horribly overrated! It feels like a high school canteen filled with Japanese tourists. Better go to a more local, authentic restaurant, it's better for your wallet & you'll enjoy the food more!

Endless fresh seafood. Gooseneck barnacles, crabs, prawns. Save some of the tasty garlic bread to soak up the juices.

Excellent seafood restaurant !!! A must in Lisbon.

Lively atmosphere, great crab and good service. To avoid waiting in long lines for dinner try to go during lunch hours.

    King prawns! And buttered bread
  • Madina A.
Seriously? no.1 for seafood in Lisbon?? It's a tourist trap: everyone there was a tourist. Horrible decor of a canteen and overpriced shellfish floating in butter. I regretted calories and €200 spent

Long queues outside/inside. Lively, kind of chaotic atmosphere. Pricey yet tasteful seafood, though I didn't like the crab cooked in milk. Prefer nearby Carvoaria Jacto, less touristy, great ambiance!

All creatures of the sea available. Try the barnacles and conches. Tiger prawn is to die for but quite expensive

Good seafood at typical portuguese seafood/beer house. Noisy and very crowded. Had some unfortunate encounters with impolite and agressive people.

Freshest seafood I've had. We got the tiger prawns and rock lobster. We came for lunch at 12:50 and had a really short wait as they opened up the upstairs at 1pm.

Fantastic seafood! 🐙🐟 I've never enjoyed seafood better in my life. Try vongole and carabineros. Tiger shrimp is also worth mentioning; the way they grill them is great.
