High Beam is the way to go. Shot of Beam and a Miller High Life for $8
Not bad for a hipster joint. Cheap beer which is good.
Gets shoulder to shoulder crowded on weekend nights.
Soon. I'll make it here soon.
Odd mix of people. Grab a drink at the bar and sit along the wall or one of the booths so you can people watch.
Awkwardly placed men's urinals
Interesting (and packed) crowd/vibe on the weekends. Hipsters shoulder-to-shoulder against cholos and their girls on club hip-hop nights--fun people-watching. Grab tacos from Gus' on your way out.
Simple math: two 5's are still a 10. Best you can do here
$2 PBR Tuesdays
If you're nice to the staff, you'll have the time of your life. Weekends are packed; come during the week.
Go during weeknight or start @ 5pm. cheap, fun and flexible. named best bar in SL by LAWeekly. Tiki decor. Photobooth. Foosball. A taco truck outside. Margaritas; Bloody Mary.
Great hipster spot after 10:00
Pretty much the place to people watch and drink cheap beer. Get there early though, seats run out fast. I personally like the booths near the back. That way I'm close to the photo booth!
3.00 $ pbast
Happy hour: 5PM-9PM daily. $2 PBR, $3 wells. Sunday $4 PBR & whisky shot; Monday $3.50 frozen margaritas.
Drinks are cheap. Girls are hot. And every other dude looks like a gay Patrick Carney.
Crowed on Saturday's, crazy & cool peeps here. I have to say no pool table but the music is rap and hip hop
One of the best dive bars in L.A., Handsdown!!!
grab some food at the TACO TRUCK outside and you can bring it inside the bar to chow down on! Awesome place to hang w/ friends, booze and food.
Can be loud but still one of the best bars around.
Everything about this place is amazing: drink prices, bar patrons, atmosphere, vending machine, and who could forget the decor!
Fun atmosphere ! $3 PBR!
Watch out for the parking lot next door. Looks easy but tow trucks will come and clear the place out.
If there was a ready-made Silver Lake/Echo Park bar kit, these owners bought it. Photo booth, gentrification-smelling... Ooh! They serve PBR!
Chill place, but the DJ blows.
“Sit to the left of the bar near the waterfall mural- you’ll always have the bartender’s attention, even if it’s crowded.” Find out more at http://www.partyearth.com/los-angeles/bars/cha-cha-lounge-2/
Always buy the $6 sombrero from the vending machine next to the photobooth. Don't buy the gum or cigarettes from the machine, they're always stale. Plus $8 for American Spirits? No way, Jose!
The Bank of America across the street is handy for parking
Hit up the taco truck outside for a greasy 2 a.m. snack to soak up all that booze you've been drinking the whole night!
a silver lake local: cheap drinks, foosball, a photo booth, a vending machine full of randoms
Really really good bloody mary. And a photo booth.
Run into everyone you know then take a round in the photobooth for a reminder of how much fun you had.
This is Rob Zombie's Cabo Cantina
Enjoy the red!
The first two Tuesdays of the month are the two nights you're never gonna wanna miss. Why, you ask? Well PBRs are a mere $2, FREE foosball + watch me headbanger like an asshole while I play RnR
awesome vending machine in the back. photo booth is cool. not enough bathrooms for the ladies.
Curdled white Russian, followed by shitty vodka sour. Wouldn't drink here again.
Not sure why I keep coming back. $2 PBR's. Waaaaaaaaay to crowded for me.
Very fun to go dancing here
Really good DJ's on Monday nights!
Interesting place. Very mellow with a mix crowd. $2.50 PBR so can't complain. Music is cool too.
Pabst on tap for 2 bucks, 5pm-9pm. Can't really go wrong there
Love the mini sombreros they have in the vending the machine! Too bad they don't sell lemons... the bar ran out!
Spit and fight
Don't get a Margarita....
Some dude just quoted Topgun, maybe unknowingly. "A target rich environment" gross
With its Dia de los Muertos décor, this spot brings a very eclectic combination of culture and art. True Silverlake style.
