    Chef's breakfast looked promising, but under-delivered. Only thing keeping this place from earning a zero was the Bloody Mary. And to top is all off the waiter was bizarre and increasingly creepy.

    The cocktails were good (Kentucky Royale!), but the food and service left something to be desired, unfortunately. One of my dishes was forgotten altogether and the service was incredibly slow.
