The Cheesecake Factory created the upscale casual dining segment in 1978 with the opening of our first restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA. And even with close to 150 restaurant locations, we're just as unique today as we were back then!
A lot of comments for how amazing the red velvet cheesecake is, I love cheesecake but this is the worst I ever had, the macadamia and tiramisu taste better or if you're confused order the traditional
This place is always busy with a huge lineup. Your best bet is to snack at the mall and plan to eat around 2-3p, the wait should be under 15 minutes and they are a little less overwhelmed.
Mixed feelings about this place. Some days we had a good experience others not so much. Customer service is so so. Strawberry cheesecake is the best, always fresh. Tuxedo "cheesecake" is worth a try.
Worst customer service , they served us uncooked fries and rice. We complained & Jason the manager said "well what do you want me to do about it" & then didnt comp wat he said he would-Wouldnt go back
I will ever eat here again. You sit way to close to other guests and the waiters are horrible. Gordon Biersch is a couple hundred feet away, and it is a much better place to eat and enjoy yourself.
Do NOT get the fish tacos or angel hair pasta with shrimp - more flavorless dishes you'll never have. And apparently they've received those comments several times before!!
I've never walked out of a restaurant before, but our waitress was SO rude that we gave her a chance to fix it, and she choose to ignore us and talk with her co-workers.
The name is totally justified ! Amazing variety of cheesecakes! The Toasted Marshmellow S'mores Galore, Red Velvet Cake is too good! Great ambience...
The Ahi Tuna salad w/ avocado is absolutely delicious!! For dessert the Reese's cheesecake is a must! Long wait times are worth it!!
Great way to finish out date night - stop in and split a slice of cheesecake. Doesn't matter which one - they're all great.
Black beans & rice is yummy. As are the Thai lettuce wraps - best anywhere! And try the mini crab cake bites - sooo good.
For pick up orders, call in advance and have them deliver it to your car. Curbside delivery is a wild novelty and convenience.
Long wait times and no reservations. Either get here well before dinner hour to put your name in, or forget about eating for a few hours.
You must try the avocado, portobello mushroom and zucchini fries! Also, they don't take reservations and there's no wifi.
The mahi-mahi was overcooked..... :( but the shrimp tempura was really good!!!! It's going to be added as a new item to their menu.
Very hectic during the busy hours but well worth it. Food was delicious and dessert was phenomenal
I've read books shorter than their menu. Still, the food is good and the place looks like an Egyptian tomb.
Garlic Noodles are YUM! Wish I could try every cheese cake! First order was Red Velvet <3
I would drive from Canada just to eat the buffalo blasts. Also, we tip well (thanks to the guy who said we don't)
Their card machine wasnt working n the guy took out his anger on my card by swiping it so hard in the slot! WTF! That is MY card!!! After the frustration earlier n this I am NEVER coming back here
Shitty service, arugula salad was drowned in dressing w/ very little fixins it was too effin dark in there & at least 8 bday songs. Red velvet cheese cake was awesome
order the crispy chicken costoletta! ask for mozzarella cheese baked on top! its amazing
Buffalo Blaster appetizers were good. Grilled salmon was juicy and delicious!
Definitely have to get the Tamale cakes for appetizers! They are to die for!
The Dulce De Leche cheesecske is awesome! not too sweet, and totally not bland!
If you are a chocolate fan, go for the Godiva Cheesecake! To die for!!
The avocado rolls are delicious! I could eat them every day, forever.
Best place to eat worth the drive from Canada. Red velvet cheesecake is amazing!!!!!!
My kid loved it. The portions are big so come hungry.
Kahlua coffee cheesecake was excellent and so are their burgers
Usually very crowded, nice wait staff. Cheesecake is good
Had the chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake very tasty.
They buzz you for your name and then make you wait to be seated for another 5-10 min. I hate that! Why buzz if you are not ready!
I recomend Linda's Fudge Cake, my husband loves Craig's Crazy CarrotCake Cheesecake
The cheesecake was good here.
Try the Crab Wonton appetizer - absolutely addicting!!!
Big portions, share if u are gonna eat cheesecake.
Banana cream pie cheesecake will keep you coming back!!
The cold apple cider is a lie. It is just apple juice.
Try the Dutch Caramel Apple Streusel Cheesecake
More than 10 types of cheesecake, need i say more?
Worst wait ever. Save three hours of your life and go to the food court.
Their like vultures at the bar tables.
Get the spicy chicken on the nachos.
Crusted Chicken Ramono. Get it.
Adams peanut butter cheesecake is great!
The lemon raspberry is sinful ....I'm so evil.
Tuxedo cheesecake is where it's at
Lines just for cheesecake is longer than the China Wall
