This was the best meal of my life! Get the wine pairings and have a cab waiting. Also, no need for a tie... Dressy casual is fine here.

The malasadas are simply to die for delicious. Chef Mavro's wife told him she would divorce him if he ever took them off the menu!
Do the wine pairings. You're already spending x amount for the cuisine, go ahead and consume it the way it was meant to be enjoyed ;-)
Guests (and the Sept. 2013 issue of Modern Luxury Hawaii) recommend the Grand Tasting for everything on the menu in quarter portions. The ultimate Chef Mavro experience!
