The quality of ingredients is just amazing. Lovely intimate kitchen setting...literally zero complaints (aside from Chef being maaaaybe a little racist but not sure). A must for Michelin hunters

Simply the perfect dinner. The intimate space and tone inspires a sense of mindfulness– the kind that is served plate by plate in a balanced, inspired tasting menu. Crunchy, savory, unforgettable.

Every course was amazing. Standouts included the wagyu, the pear dessert and pear cider pairing, the best palette cleanser I've ever had, the squash custard, the lobster....that's A LOT of standouts

One of the most memorable meals. No pictures or notes allowed. Snap a picture at the risk of of being yelled at (which Chef Ramirez rightfully is notorious for). ;)

Still remains Brooklyn's only 3 Michelin Star restaurant for 2013, serves one tasting menu per night based on the best, freshest produce available and the menu is notorious for always favoring seafood

More than a meal, this is an experience. The intimate setting, no photos & strict dress code add to the stripped down elegance of the place. Every bite is beautifully crafted & of the highest quality.

The uni might be the best bite of food I have ever eaten. Also don't believe the rumors about Chef Ramirez, not only is he an amazing chef, but a great host as well.

Get there early, there's a strict dress code and enjoy the food. There's a $90 cork fee so you can either byow or choose from their wine menu. Def recommend.

One of the toughest reservations in New York is inside a gourmet grocery and composed of just 18 seats. At the center of this small stage, César Ramirez serves upwards of 20 courses a night.

The tasting menu. One of my favorite meals of all time. Liking fish is a must since the first 11 courses are crudo.

Brooklyn's only 3 Michelin Star restaurant. One of the hardest to make reservations. Make sure to try and book a table way ahead.

A meal today goes for $225 per person before wine, tax or tip, and that hardly seems enough. In the pursuit of perfection, there is nothing Chef Ramirez won't do.
