Welcome center and rest area brought to you by the Official FOURSQUARE GUIDE to the State of Maryland, delivered to you by the Maryland Office of Tourism. Our goal is to promote the state's vibrant culture by shining light on all the wonderful places to see and things to do in Maryland.
I feel like MD has the nicest rest stops.
Newly renovated to confuse and annoy you!
Nicest rest stop I've ever been to.
Much improved since the renovations.
Rest Stop while Road Tripping ;)
No one will give you cash back, but you can pay a fee to use the atm.
Really nice rest area! Seems new, very clean, and has a visitor center! 2 thumbs up!! 👍👍
It's your average rest area.
One of the only reststops I remember and look forward to. Dining area is nice and restrooms are always clean.
Clean bathrooms. Quick stop for coffee
Modern rest stop looks like a modern mall food court. Clean, plenty of space and a place for kids to chill out too.
One of the newer and nicer rest stops on I-95. Check it out!
The gas station is before the building with the food and bathrooms.
Bad coffee, overpriced food and no toilet paper. It's a pretty building though.
Nice renovation, lots of comfortable seating and great selection. Plus bathrooms are clean!
Peets Coffee is good coffee.
I believe this is newly renovated but Wendy's was only food option open. Pizza Hut, KFC & Auntie Anne's were all closed.
Earl of sandwich and Peets
Good little shops for those souvenirs!! AND peets coffee!!! YUMMM
But Wendy's is so expensive yo......
Brand new rest stop - tons of huge glass walls and sunny interior. Peets coffee here if you don't like Starbucks!
First time here since its been redone.
Swankiest Rest stop ever
Very clean bathrooms.
Super clean bathrooms
Quite possibly the nicest travel plaza in America. Architecture is great - feels like your in Germany not Maryland.
Clean bathrooms, gorgeous building, comfortable seats, and Peet's Coffee. Best travel stop on I-95.
They're CLOSED for renovations... 6/20/2014,,,
They are open on Christmas day!
Looking for good food? Have any sort of dietary restriction? Don't stop here. Need a restroom? Stop here. That's the only thing here worth its space.
Gross...go to the Delaware reststop instead. 20 miles makes a world of difference.
The food places are average $10 per combo meal and its always busy. Go to exit 93 of going south. Theres a tacobell kfc
Eating here is ridiculously expensive. Ur better off takin an exit n eating.
Super crowded because Maryland House is still closed for renovation.
Clean bathrooms. Be sure to load up on Crabby Mugs and saltwater taffy.
Best food deal is the Nathan's hot dog stand combo. Refillable drinks too!! Restrooms are nice and clean....
Under renovation, a bit disjointed.
Wendy's is awesome here!
Go to the family restrooms around the side. There is rarely a wait there. Also there are ladies stall on both sides of that area. If one side happens to be filled, check the other. Very clean too!
Every eating establishment is 50%-70% more expensive than normal here.
I think body odor is the most distinct smell here.
A rude awakening after visiting the Delaware Welcome Center. Yikes!
Don't stop here if you can avoid it. Crazy packed with unhappy people and angry cars. Constant on-site construction does not help!
There is a wide selection of food stalls and one of the cleanest Highway bathrooms ever with lots of stalls The "Welcome" section is extensive & the representative Friendly. Wonderful-Must Stop!!
