Not the greatest place to get stuck. Pretty standard airport news stands and fast food.

Some united gates are in terminal 2 so make sure you check your flight. The walk from 1 yo 2 is about 10 minutes.

I hate this airport. Huge, no train, no people mover. God help you if you have trouble walking.

Security is ok. But cafes have limited seats, the wifi is not free for more than 30 minutes. Who charges for wifi in 2016..?

A mile haul to our connecting flight. Whew! Not the easiest airport to navigate, no one really seemed to know much/wanted to help

Cubs Bar & Grill. Lots of space, and one of the few bars you can sit at, watch a game, and has power under the bar.

Use Blue Line to go to city to avoid traffic.

Getting into the country after landing was a nightmare. Joined four queues to get through security. Couldn't cope with the volume of passengers arriving on that day.

Make sure your phone is charged. A working outlet is hard to find. Stop at Garrett's & Frontera for some good eats.

Great airport. Avoid getting connecting flights during winter if possible as delays are more frequent.
  • Matthew H.
It's a huge airport. The toilets kind of suck.

Internet gratis por apenas 30min. Absurdo! Free wifi for 30min only. Not cool at all.
  • José A.
Free Wi-Fi only for 15 minutes and it keeps connecting and disconnecting all the time.

International arrivals, hit the first Global Entry line and wait, everybody sees the line and heads to the second set which gets long. Then wait forever because baggage pickup sucks.

Careful using the American Airlines kiosks furthest away from the check-in desks. They may not print all of your baggage tags, boarding passes, etc. and you'll redirected to the desks to do it again.

Huge, but awesome airport. Lots of places to eat, relax, and charge your devices. Welcome to Chicago world!

Seasonal travelers (May-Sep) and an inefficient TSA program have affected O'Hare's checkpoint speed. If you don't have PreCheck, plan on arriving to the airport 2-2.5 hrs before your flight.

Try not to arrive at terminal 1 then catch a connection at terminal 5.

Big airport..keep atleast 2 hours in hand for security checks...lines are very long
  • Natalie V.
Better than midway but still a crazy airport. Security lines always are slow.

No free wifi and power outlets are an Easter egg hunt. Only bright spot is Rick Bayless' Tortas Frontera for a bite to eat.

You must grab a bucket of Garrett popcorn... It is mandatory!

American Airlines @ T3 if you got to check baggage head to the self service machine for the tag and payment, then bring them to the counter, nice efficient idea AA loved it
  • Cori S.
Umm no wifi... That pretty much sums up all I have to say.

The TSA agent shortage is hitting ORD very hard. Plan extra time in spring/summer 2016.

United terminal is not like the international but if you fly Lufthansa you will depart from there:(

It's improving by bringing in real Chicago culinary know-how to replace the terrible (bye Wolfgang). That being said, lack of free wifi and traveler layover options is a buzzkill.
  • George N.
Some craft beer (check out Berghoff Cafe), coffee (Starbucks seems to be in every terminal), and plenty of charging stations.

Long waits on Sunday ! They have three people trying to do security checks for 300 thousand people

Hate long lines for early flights!!! The worst, even when flying business
  • Andrew S.
Get you TSA Pre-Check and everything changes. Special security lines with really helpful TSA staff.
