An entirely new concept from the innovative Chef José Andrés, showcasing his personal take on Chinese and Mexican cuisines.
Great mix of food and lovely staff
Невкусно и дорого
The chips are double fried and perfect. Loved: conchinita tacos, pork buns
OMG. So good! Chef's Experience tasting menu is the way to go!
Get the tasting menu!
If you want a seat with a back rest you need to go in the back. Food is fantastic!

Har Gow and Lobster Tacos wash it down with an upside down Mezcal Manhattan :) (skip the tuna ceviche ;)
Try a different kind of margarita
Fish tacos, guacamole, ok, pretty much everything!
"Orient" (cocktail special for November 2014). Shrimp mojo too.
These are the lamb potstickers. Small but packed with flavor

Fresh noodles, awesome drinks rad atmosphere
Ok so if you're hungry, 3 tacos is not enough. You're going to need like 5 or 6...
Seta Tacos. ..UNBELIEVABLE
Todo. Viva José Andrés!
This is an equal opportunity restaurant- both people in the mood for Mexican and Chinese leave disappointed.
Christine was our server, she was very attentive and did an excellent job! She suggested a couple of dishes that were home runs! Our favorites were the Dan Dan Mian and the Mongolian Beef Lettuce.
Probamos el menú Jose's way y no pudimos terminar todo. Una pena porque estaba taaaan bueno todo. La cuenta de 180 dólares pero merece la pena. José Andrés es mi puto ídolo!
Excellent food and service. Go during lunch to avoid the rush and order the fried pork buns.
Overpriced and over-salted. Do yourself a favor and skip.
So happy to get delicious Mexican AND Chinese in the same meal! The dumplings are fantastic!
Had high hopes, but was disappointed. Good food but nothing was amazing. Perhaps we just didn't order correctly. Would give it another shot.
The Habanero salsa will f'k u up! Buts it's so good.
Order the Hill Family Shiraz to compliment the Chefs Experience
Excellent food! Good combination of spices and textures. The Chefs Experience is worth the money!
When Pigs Fly steamed dumplings are made fresh all day long. You can watch them being made if you sit at the bar. Very good fusion food! Terry is an amazing bartender/mixologist! Ask him for tips!
If you love mushrooms, get the Setas taco. Mushrooms in mole sauce with guacamole on a freshly made corn tortilla. HEAVEN.
Everything is amazing!!!!
Dan Dan mian, lotus roots chips, 20 veg fried rice, carnitas and sticky mango rice ... Delicious
HOLY CRAP THE GOLDEN PIGS. DO IT. DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS JUST PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH. IT'S LIKE A BEIGNET MADE OUT WITH A PORK BUN.
Ridiculously expensive! Not worth it.
The food was pretty good, but honestly I think the mexican chinese combination is a little weird.
Have Kevin Kearney (@kkearney) order for you; he's good!
The pork buns with the sweetened condensed milk were one of the most interesting flavor combos I've ever had. Highly recommended!
Best guacamole I have ever had
Try the Goose, Goose, Duck - All kinds of amazing
Try the Har Gau With Shrimp And Pork Belly - Damn awesome
Try the Caldo Tlalpeño -
If you have a sweet tooth you have to get the golden pigs.
Our favorite dish, hands down, is the Dan Dan Mian. http://vegas.travelivery.com
Lucky 6 Shumai and Dan Dan are the hit, motherfuckers.
Potstickers were great. Sauce was in a brittle form. Yummy and cool to look at.
Bring a beautiful date :)
Fuses two tried and true traditional cuisines together for something totally new and creative. It's mandatory I come here on each trip. Worth a visit for the margarita clouds alone.
