Jose Andres at bargain prices for Vegas. Ideal meal: guac, habanero sauce, carnitas (with pork rinds) and viva china (oyster) tacos, shrimp mojo, chicken ji song, and a bunch of Micheladas.

When Pigs Fly steamed dumplings are made fresh all day long. You can watch them being made if you sit at the bar. Very good fusion food! Terry is an amazing bartender/mixologist! Ask him for tips!

Holy tastebuds Batman! Very interesting infusion of Mexican & Chinese cuisine. You MUST try the Golden Pigs!! No seriously! Guacamole was good just not worth $15. Try Don't be jealous or 20 vegetable.

Christine was our server, she was very attentive and did an excellent job! She suggested a couple of dishes that were home runs! Our favorites were the Dan Dan Mian and the Mongolian Beef Lettuce.

The tasting menu was a lot of food, but a completely unique and delicious experience. Definitely worth trying once. The tacos, fried pork buns, and fried rice were just a few of many hits.

A great spot for a light vegetarian lunch. Go for the Beijing Noodle Bowl: it's fresh, light and oh-so-delicious. The guacamole is the freshest you'll find; just leave off the cheese for vegan.

A must visit in Cosmopolitan. The setas tacos are excellent. I also recommend the Avacado Smash. The tequilla and avacado is tasty & is refreshing. They sometimes have a Pork Belly Taco that's great!

Mexican and Chinese cuisines live side by side as an amusing mix of elements from both traditions. Enjoy a signature dessert, the Terra Cotta Warriors, which resemble the famed Chinese statues.

Fuses two tried and true traditional cuisines together for something totally new and creative. It's mandatory I come here on each trip. Worth a visit for the margarita clouds alone.

Try the Lagosta tacos, Oceans Nest (crispy noodles, lobster, shrimp and scallops), and especially the chicken-rice-avocado-poblano soup. And to drink the margarita with salt "air". So good.

Food tastes good but they have very small serving an expensive too. Don't come here when you're REALLY hungry or you'll end up with a hole in your pocket. Langosta, Carnitas, Ocean nest were all good.

Service was good but manager lurked. Food is over seasoned and too rich. Portions are tiny for the prices even though they will tell you it's family style. You would be better off gambling. Stay away.

What a disappointment! His restaurants in DC are amazing...not sure what happened here! $5 for a Sprite and $5.88 for a Coke - serious robbery considering the soda prices are not on the menu.

The pork buns with the sweetened condensed milk were one of the most interesting flavor combos I've ever had. Highly recommended!

Salt "air" is the perfect topping for a margarita, just the right balance to the fresh squeezed citrus. And don't even get us started on the homemade churros with Mexican hot chocolate...

Quite possibly the freshest guacamole we've ever tasted. They slice the avocados to order and make each batch just for you. (Seconds on chips anyone?)
