    Schedule for give numbers for visa application and claiming of visa: 9:00 am to 11:00 am only. They are really strict when it comes to cut-off time. :-)

    Queue as early as 5AM to be one of the firsts in line. Queue for ticket number starts moving at 8AM. Counters open at 9AM. If your number is called & you're not around, sorry... get a new number.

    Numbers are released between 930 to 1100. You can come back in the afternoon if it's more than a hundred. If your number is already called, you have to get a new number. Starbucks beside the building.

    Arrive early (the earlier the better) because by 830am, there are already a lot of people. Also, bring a book or something to do while waiting. You'll most likely be waiting a while.
