Good food not in menu. Try the 8 treasures chicken rice (pat po kwe). Tofu is superb. And don't forget the giant rock lobster!

Peanuts look delicious and you're already hungry. Don't eat them. Some waiters return leftover peanuts from other tables back to the container. EEWWWWW!

Man Tao: plain siopao dough without the sugar. We call it Chinese Krispy Kreme opposite to Glazed Doughnut. When it arrives on the table, hot pop it in your mouth and it literally melts in your mouth!
