A bit expensive but sooooo good.
Classy spot, try and sit outside.
It is definitely yummy here but also expensive. Many choices in KTown for BBQ. Just depends if u want quality or quantity. Worth a splurge once in a while.
fav korean bbq. my friend brought me food from here back in high school. it was what made me go non-veg
Honestly... Didn't live up to the hype. For the price I expected much more. Not to say it was not good - it was great. Just not for the price.
Happy Bday my love @djmachete ! Have a great year filled with good beats & meets! :)
You can still get the lunch naengmyun combos here even on a weekend
Marinated Galbee is better than non... just my opinion~ I usually like non-marinated meat normally elsewhere.
One of my favorite certainly. God I'm hungry
Kobe AND soup
seriously, better than handful of bbq restaurants in seoul
Hkwe dup pub is really good! 👍
Ah may zing
Na minha opinião é o melhor lugar para comer kalbi !!
The quality of this restaurant is great, including meat, service. Of course, you get what you pay, which means quite expensive.
My favorite LA spot! Patio seating is great. Get the Chosun Galbee!
I died and gone to Galbee heaven!
I never know what to order I love this place but they should have pictures by items to know exactly what you are getting find out before hand. Korean waitresses don't have patience for your question
Come with an appetite. Bulgogi and Short ribs are excellent. Outside seating is the best choice. The rice tea at the end of the meal seals the deal for me.
Kot sal, or flower meat, is $40 but worth every penny. It's refers to the beautiful marbling of the ribeye meat that melts in your mouth and not in your hands
Don't forget to use the dental rinse
They do not give free refills on sodas and will charge for extra banchan sides after 2 (this is apparently has always been their policy but it was new to me today!).
Favorite K-Town BBQ spot and you must try the pomegranate sake !
I like the glass noodle dish as well as all the little starter sides! Yummy
Some say this is the best Korean barbecue in Southern California. Arrive with an appetite at this popular joint, known for its generous portions and its mind-blowing short ribs and beef.
Great service and amazing quality with a nice ambience. Quieter than most Korean restaurants...a great spot for a date because you won't smell like Korean BBQ when you walk out of the place.
Korean BBQ Beef Short Ribs
is there a better place to eat kalbi in la?
The rice punch is fabu!
Beautiful restaurant, and food was great. The boneless kalbi (spelled galbee here as opposed to what I see in Hawaii) was to die for, tender and flavorful. However, it's very pricey for the area.
The bulging is stunning. I've had it everywhere including Korea and this is a 10. Trust me peeps.
The best spot for impressing out-of-towners. Take advantage of the bar. Read more
You have to try the Yuk Hers!
Best Korean BBQ place in Los Angeles!
best in LA
Tonight is a night to remember. But not in the way you may think. The food here suck and the sprite was flat. The only good thing here was the service. I will not be coming back
California law bans smoking within 20 feet of entrance of the building. Nice try trying to tell me otherwise.. Besides that, polite servers. Galbee wasn't tender and cold noodles were bland and stiff.
grab a table outside and come early on the week end. Food is really nice. Beef tongue is excellent
Hit it up with the inlaws, never disappoints.
Splendid place to take a Korean.
