Great chill but lively vibes. Long wait so put your name in and get a drink at Weather Up down the street. Get any ramen and start with Brussels sprouts and a Sapporo draft. Cash only.

We got the pork bone and veggie miso and boy were amazing! We both would come back. I suggest the veggie miso only because the noodles were a bit thicker and the broth was like heaven

Pork bone ramen with roasted pork and a side of chili garlic oil. Trust.

I was disappointed. The egg and meat were cold which was breaking the ramen's balance. The broth tasted very smooth and rich (I had the miso) and the noodles were perfectly cooked.

Believe the tips about the kimchi ramen with ground pork. It's spicy, and thicker than your usual ramen broth, and Hector's Pup is it good!!!

The pork bone broth ramen (with roast pork, of course) was delicious. Definitely one of the best ramen experiences I've had.

Brussels sprouts and salt and pepper wings! Any of the soups. Lots and lots of chili garlic sauce.

Brussel sprouts were unbelievable. And the okonomiyaki tater tots were playful and surprising twist on a classic!

Sooooo YUM😋 -Pork Belly Ramen. Super friendly, down-to-earth staff!

I enjoyed the ramen with the mustard greens; but I was actually the biggest fan of the salt & pepper wings.

Best bowl I've had in a long time.

    Good ramen in BK.
  • Masha K.
    Mackerel is good!

The pork bone broth is equal parts flavorful and light without losing any of the complexity you'd expect, and the noodles are perfectly al dente. Couldn't have asked for a better bowl of ramen.

Chuko proved that ramen in Brooklyn competes with the best of 'em in Manhattan. Spicy pickles to start your meal off right, most unique kale salad in a long while, Kimchi ramen - just damn.
  • Cameron W.
Awesome miso ramen. The spicy oil on the side isn't particularly spicy however it does add an interesting depth of flavor to the broth.

    Kale salad is the best

The kimchi ramen was as rich as a bowl of ice cream or a slice of cheese cake - and I wouldn't say that's a bad thing.
  • Kristina R.
This place is actually amazing. Don't be intimidated by the wait because it goes quick. Get the veggie ramen - broth couldn't be creamier or more flavorful.

First time eating ramen and I was sold! Got the kimchi ramen and really enjoyed it. Alil pricey but it's worth it. I really liked the Brussels sprouts with peanuts and jalapeño. It's to die for 😁

Can't over-emphasize how great the ramen is. Best veggie ramen I've ever had. Shrimp buns are stellar. Brussel sprouts are excellent. Does not disappoint. Highly recommend. Cash only.
  • Cath R.
It's all about the veggie miso. The broth is dense and delicious. Sometimes the veggie version feels a little lacking. This is the complete opposite. Make sure to include a soft boiled egg!

Only 1 vegetarian ramen but it's real good

Literally EVERYTHING. For meat eaters, I highly recommend the ground pork as your protein option - adds a nice kick and is incredibly flavorful

Yo, this ramen is spectacular, but first you need to order a Japanese IPA and snack on the spicy crispy Brussels sprouts. (And then get the miso ramen).

Broth for pork bone ramen is way too salty. Salt and pepper chicken wings are ok but still on the salty end.

Delicious pork buns; gyoza left something to be desired; kimchi ramen brought the experience home. Dynamic yummy flavor.

Fantastic food all around, especially the kale salad and any of their ramen. But it’s 2015 and they are cash only (even with multiple iPad point of sale setups behind the bar) 🙁.
