UN welcoming The only 2 waitresses are RACIST.been to this location twice and both times the service was terrible. waited over 40mins to be seated. The Manager seated us!

    So ramentic. ❤️

The pork belly does not blend well with the spicy kimchi ramen. If you want more pork, stick with the ground pork for a better blend of flavors

Summer Special: Ramen Chilled Noodles is definitely the best choice when it's hot and humid out because it's light and refreshing; adding the mustard sauce just only adds to the flavor too!

Kimchi Ramen: If you can't even take a little bit of heat, then it's not for you. If you can tolerate spicy, then you'd love it. And if you love spicy, then it isn't spicy enough, but you'd enjoy it.

Kale salad is out of this world, as are the wings. Cant go wrong with miso ramen with spicy pork and a bottle of sake. Be sure to get garlic chili sauce on the side.

We got the pork bone and veggie miso and boy were amazing! We both would come back. I suggest the veggie miso only because the noodles were a bit thicker and the broth was like heaven

I was disappointed. The egg and meat were cold which was breaking the ramen's balance. The broth tasted very smooth and rich (I had the miso) and the noodles were perfectly cooked.

Believe the tips about the kimchi ramen with ground pork. It's spicy, and thicker than your usual ramen broth, and Hector's Pup is it good!!!

Chuko proved that ramen in Brooklyn competes with the best of 'em in Manhattan. Spicy pickles to start your meal off right, most unique kale salad in a long while, Kimchi ramen - just damn.
