People tend to check in during these times:
Out of 8 counters, only 3 counters (2,5 & 8) open. Only 1 counted (2) serving the customers while counter 5 doing her own thing& 8 still engaged on the phone after 20 minutes! Such a crap service!
Service extremely crawling in this bank despite many counters open. Too much talking among its employees causing slow ineffective service to customers. One seen talking on the phone for ages
