By far the most desirable part of LA to live in, Santa Monica boasts shopping, restaurants and of course ...the beach. High rent, limited space and tourists are a compromise for this prime location.
Santa Monica is the best place ever.
Santa Monica is one of the best coastal cities in LA. Enjoy a walk on the Strand on a nice day and check out the Annenberg Community Beach House which is open to the public!

Check out Main St area near Ocean Park!
I so really like it here. Definitely one of the better parts of Los Angeles.
Best city on the planet, but I grew up here so I might be biased
Great workout area just south of the pier. It's on the beach and its free!

It's extremely green oriented. :) I love the recycling / compost emphasis !!
Main street on the other side of Pico is a hidden gem.
Saturday morning farmers market on the promenade!
The summery sunsets here are beautiful
Be aware of the traffic, always a mess. Too many lights, too many cars. Rather take Arizona, Colorado, than Santa Monica Blvd or Wilshire.
The Third Street Promenade is great and Bravo Cucina has a nice lunch.
Got to love Santa Monica
I have had rap battles with christians on the board walk
Santa Monica Pier is a great place to watch a sunset and have fun with the rides and games
Lovely city... ❤
I love the city coming back soon
Love working here!! It feels like home! Any tips on finding a clean affordable apartment or rental house would be much appreciated! Can't wait to call S.M. Home!
Ye Olde Kings Head for breakfast and football/rugby, Bruno's for lunch or dinner, hang out at the pier during the day or at night, and beer and live bands and Rusty's.
Right where Brentwood turns into beautiful Santa Monica!!!
avoid the pier unless you have kids and/or like rides.
Native Santa Monican. So lucky. This is a Great City to call home:)
Nice locals if you stumble upon one. Too many tourists and aggressive homeless. 24 hours daily of noise and downright chilly nights.
Find parking on side street across Colorado, from 902 building because it's $10.00 to park in lot & Colorado is ALL torn up with ongoing road construction.
Don't look like in the need of any thing..I got offerd bread! Hahaha...man I'm a bum but not homless!...
Farmers Market on Main St today by the Basement until 1pm, today.
