At the farmers market (Thurs and sat), you can use food stamps and they'll give you 2 dollars in vouchers for every five you spend! Really awesome for making produce affordable for all!

My favorite park in Philadelphia. Be on the lookout for the mysterious but amazing lime soda vendor here during summer months.

This is a great community spot in west philly. People come here for the farmers market, playgrounds for kids and walking their dogs. Overall the atmosphere is great.

With a Saturday farmers market, events like Shakespeare in the Park, and sporadic drum circles, this vast green space is coveted by locals and visitors alike.
