    The sparse snack selection sometimes includes "Food Should Taste Good" multigrain tortilla chips that are a significant cut above the usual fare.

    Once you make "Select" level they send you coupons for free upgrades! Amtrak is the best way between NY and DC!

    Unlike other clubs, first class only gets pre-boarding. Ask for red cap or just stand in line because the people who actually work there aren't helpful.

    Listen for the track numbers. They say then with a thousand multiplier. So if they say "six thousand" it means track six. Then sneak down via the lower level. Be warned: sometimes track numbers change
