Yuba dipping soba. Creamy, hearty, simplicity. Mochi could hold better. I hear wonderful things about their soft tofu.
Love the food -- but the staff are disorganized -- mixed up my order which resulted in a 45 mins wait for the food. Also, no air-conditioning.
For first timers, try the dip soba or the cold soba. Good practice of chopstick skills!
