It is small and popular,so you might not get a choice, but sit up at the bar if you can, and watch the masters at work.
The dip soba was great, and the broth was worth slurping up on its own.

Best soba I've ever had. They also give you a little flame to keep your broth hot, and when you make a soup at the end everything is warm and delicious.
