    8:00 gym time works best as the club isn't as crazy. If you don't have a little one with you, go at 9:00 PM.

    The spin/cycling class from 5:30 to 6:30 am on Wednesdays and Fridays are fabulous. Great instructor and music selections.

    Master swimming team is coached by the legendary coach Kyle and fabulous coach Katie. It is 5:30-6:30 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and 7:00 to 8:30 on Saturdays.
