Columbus Circle’s 2005 redesign was the recipient of the 2006 American Society of Landscape Architects’ General Design Award of Honor.
Yep. Definitely a circle.
Very beautiful and the area is very nice francois payard bakery is around there per se and other good restaurants there's a nice mall there also highly recommend to visit
Just another mall..
Great place for people watching
One of the most beautiful places in the city
Great people watching

Great starting point to visit Central Park.
Not a fan. Last time I went here I got a bunion.
One part central park, one part 3 mich star restaurants, all parts nyc
Take a little break from the city that never sleeps, eat at the whole foods
Great place to sit in the sun on a nice day.
Scenic views, seconds from Central Park
One of the most vibrant venues in NYC with time Warner center complex, and great restaurants around and just a wonderful open space with sculptures and park entrance right there
There are a dozen ways to cross Columbus Circle—all of them, wrong.
Great razor blade store. A little overpriced but walking distance to Lincoln center if you're around.
Nice place to meet with your friends. There is a whole food market in the Columbus Mall you can grave a bite or buy stuff for a picnic at Central Park
grab a seat by the fountains and relax!
Great place to sit and eat ice cream
A great spot for people watching and street performers
I love how it has shopping, great fine dining restaurants (ex. Marea), and an entrance to Central Park all in one space!
It's a big circle! Walk through here to get to Central Park.
Walk through the middle to save time!
Busy area for auto and pedestrian traffic. Great for people watching. Also good place to watch the Thanksgiving Day parade.
Great place to stop and recalculate the next step! Suggested: Wholefoods and central park picnic
I love the Colombus circle, amazing view, great energy :-)
Easily accessible with Citi Bike stations on either side of the Circle - north at 62 and Broadway and south at 58th and Broadway. Go for a spin!
Enjoy the view and New York vibe. Back in the day you would've found the great actor Robin Williams hanging out here. TMZ even posted a vid of him on the circle a few years ago.
Enjoy the beauty!
TWC is right here.
Quick tip: Columbus Circle is the point from which all official distances from New York City are measured.
Awesome area for the dogs to play in the snow in the park adjacent.
Roundest park in NYC.
I'd recomend shopping here... "Whole foods"
Great place to sit and have lunch on nice days. Great shops too
Christmas market of here is almost the same as the one in Union sq.
Love this place. And love the area. But always busy and crowded.
Arguably, Central Park's best corner
Something is always happening here including the holiday shops that are currently open. In addition, there are lots of shops, restaurants and food trucks of every kind. Entrance to the park also.
It's a landmark!
There are public bathrooms in the mall, stop by if you don't like the offerings in central park.
Christopher Columbus did not land here... not even on this continent.
This place is a great destination for shopping and restaurants! Close to the subway too...
Nice break area in the middle of a very busy road
If you see a dancer of some sort, it's for The Ride tour bus
This sculpture is pretty awesome - a tourist bear holding some poop. Not sure if it is a comment on tourism, Columbus, or the city.
Enjoy the nice view from the restaurant on the top floor.
Central location. Love it. Close to everything.
Watch out for lizard people here.
