    Be warned: self install is a lie!! They give you broken or wrong equipment to have a tech come out to charge you. A comcast employee told me this! However, their guarantee cannot charge you.

    Long lines and NO CUSTOMER RESTROOM so go before you arrive.  That being said, the customer service I received when I reached the counter exceeded my expectations.

    Successfully made it through the line on my 2nd attempt. Apparently tues-thurs 9:30-11:30 is the sweet spot

    Yes lines are lengthy but they move quickly. 18 people in front of me, 5 people working the desk , got me out the door on 8 minutes.

    Come around 4 pm. NLT 430 pm. They have more agents ready to assist so the line moves fast. Trust me.

    Comcast is the bane of my existence. U-verse is 1000 times better and has excellent customer service. Good riddance!!!! NEVER EVER going back to Comcast!

    If you're returning equipment, disconnect all the cables before you get to the front of the line to speed the process up.
