Terrible customer experience; expect to give your name to the greeter and sit for 30 minutes no matter how small the request
Didn't have any line at all on Sunday afternoon
Came here on a Sunday and had a surprisingly good experience. No line, good service, and got what I was expecting with no hassle or delay.
Bad customer service. No, terrible. Non cooperative, rude and irrational.
Are you fucking serious? You want me to wait 15 minutes so I can drop the set top box from the service I canceled?
Don't come here. Greeter keeps lying to people and is rude to everyone.
Only one comcast store in sf. Thats insane.
No Damn point at getting angry with the line
DMV line is way better at least they are organized.
Comcast is most hated company in US and I can tell you they work very hard for that reputation and def deserve it!
The worst business in the history of mankind. Comcast is a disgrace to the term Customer Service.
Being a Comcast customer is to live the tale of Sisyphus with each service call/center visit. Just move to a big building, get WebPass and watch tv on hulu or rabbit ears.
Worse than the DMV. If that's humanly possible. Especially after 4pm. It's like that wait you have on the weekends for a trendy food spot, without the brunch at the end.
Longer lines than the post office. Every customer, is in some fashion, arguing with the service reps. Horrible experience. Avoid if possible.
So terrible it's literally funny
Had to edit in line 35 min
Just don't come here. Better off spending an hour on the phone than 40' in line.
They should have free Wi-Fi in the store while you're in the long line.
Do yourself a favor and don't use Comcast. The service people are nice, but waste your time with incorrect information :/
Order your service online first and then pickup your equipment. The deals are better and it moves the line. Bring headphones to tune out the unwanted chatter and buckle in for a line like no other
This place reminds me of the dmv-dol except a whole lot more negative energy.
Slow and bad customer service.
Logest line ever!
The line is usally long enough to block the entrance and wrap along the back wall. Even so the wait shouldn't last more than 25 minutes since the representatives work quickly.
Typical to stand in line for atleast 20 minutes. Always busy Monday-Saturday. Such a time waster.
I recommend a strong drink before venturing inside.
the line is always daunting but it moves fast, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes.
This place is ridiculous, avoid at all cost!
Just get AT&T, this place sucks. People are rude, internet is slow.
Don't come here. Worst. Place. Ever.
What I image Hell to be like.
Put in 2-3x more money in the meter than you planned.
This line. After 20 minutes. OMG. Trying to decide whether phone assistance or an in-person visit is more ghastly...I have no idea.
Good people here. Save money and get an hdmi cable free with any hd receiver.
They open at 9 on Saturday and the line starts before but if you can get there, the line is way shorter
Do NOT want to be the mayor.
Wait for Cecilia. She will help you with your entire service (and save you $$$$)
And you thought the DMV was bad?
Always ask for a new box!!! They obviously don't check used boxes!!
avoid at all cost. or atleast use in as an excuse to get out of work early!
The worst company on the planet.
Definitely not my favorite
Longest. Line. Ever.
You can always sign up for a new promotion for cheaper service with Comcast.
cancel your cable and inernet service and return all your hardware because AT&T provide a far better service for less money.
