The vegan curry was passable at best. But great beer and cider and an awesome place to hang around.

Bummer that it closes so early on a lot of nights, but they have bomb food and play soccer matches.

Never pay for parking. The meters are prohibitively expensive. You can find free parking north & west of the pub.

It's a convenient spot to catch a soccer match, but it doesn't feel like a soccer pub. The high number of hipsters and brunchers kind of buzzkills the vibe when your team is playing. Food's great, tho

Don't get the meat pie. It will dissapoint. It's just dry lamb meat with plain mashed potatoes over it. Under seasoned and without any gratification.

Chick Pot Pie and Ploughman's platter are where it's at. Order English style beers for the proper vibe, especially Linden St's Ol' Brick, or anything by Meantime.
