Good bread is absolutely essential to a good sandwich and this bread is GREAT!!! Sourdough rolls, perfectly suited for absorbing all of the juices from these sandwiches.

The Carne Asada was dry and scarce: my sandwich was mostly lettuce! They must have forgotten the pico de gallo. Try the Mojito (a bit on the sweet side) or Ahogada (spicy!) instead.
