Sandwiches, pizzas, Cosi's famous breakfast squagels, and more made with freshly baked, hand-crafted flatbread.
The crazy guy trying to sing and drumming on the newspaper boxes is a nice touch.
Not sure why they can't get food temperatures right. Sandwiches are served cold with no mention of it on the menu, and soup is served scorchingly hot. Combine the two and it works out.
Credit card machine was down and service agonizingly slow.
Doesn't actually open at 630 am advertised. Sigh.
The "try two" meals was pretty disgusting for the price.
Yummy salads and flatbread pizza!
Service may not be super fast, but everyone is friendly and the upstairs space is great. Open until 10pm, so it's a great spot for studying/doing work.
SLOWEST Cosi around. Took 10 min to get a simple chicken caesar bc associate is debating which flatbread is her favorite as the line grows.
The food is good but really bad service
I hate this place with a fiery passion. Terrible service that they are always trying - ineffectually - to improve. I've never seen them use the same ordering system two days in a row.
Have to agree with the other tips left here. Why wait twenty minutes for a soup? SOUP!
Don't try to guess how the ordering line works on any given day or at any given hour. This Cosi has taught me the virtues of patience and going with the flow...
Poorly cooked pizza's. Not one of the better Cosi's in DC.
Strangely, best fountain Coke ever. No idea what it is, but it's good!
Service is horrible. Food is good though when it finally comes.
I figured the service would be better at 7am. WRRRRONG!
Everyone says it! The service sucks! Ready to walk out.
Individual pizzas great value fir money!
The "Wild Alaskan Salmon" blows. I doubt that it's *actually* Wild Alaskan Salmon :(
