The family-owned Fort Worth barbecue joint has been serving up seriously good sausage and ribs for nearly 30 years, and is certainly one of the more authentic meals to be found at the airport.

The chopped beef brisket is out of this world and doesn't need any sauce! Avoid the mac & cheese, it's pretty soupy.
