A generally quiet enclave north of the University of Washington, here you will find a softball field, a few picnic tables and barbecue pits, a play area with swings and climbing bars, and restrooms.
If you follow the trail down further into the park, the temp drops a good 5 to 10 degrees. Good way to cool down a bit, while enjoying summer sun.
There needs to be an, "off the leash" park for the fifties

Nice family feel park right center of a comfortable and old time neighborhood. Lots of area to walk, trails. Park gives room to anyone wanting to sit and have quiet time as well which is nice. :)
The zip line is fun, best done standing up with a run.
