A great selection of drinks on tap, with the lineup rotated regularly. Atmosphere is very good, and the staff are friendly. My favourite spot in Brixton.

The wine list is short but well curated. The Malbec is very drinkable.

Great Sunday roast. The veggie but roast is different to what you'd expect - give it a go.

Lovely big bright airy pub. Great selection of beers and the food is really good and at a decent price. A gem on Brixton Road.

Great range of beer and great service. Order a flight of 3 small beers if you see loads that catch your eye. If you're a bit stumped, just ask - staff couldn't be friendlier and they know their stuff.

Taps stretch the length of the counter. If an oddly-named IPA makes you wince, there's always reliably tasty Brooklyn beer. Hopefully it'll get more lively as people discover it (but not too many).

Never drink the Duchesse de Bourgogne. It is possibly the worst beer in the world (unless you like your beer to taste of sarsons).
