    sizeable gym convenient to the subways. lots of yoga and dance classes, free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, and personal training.

    Meg's Zumba class (currently on Sundays at 2 as of 4/7/13) is so much fun. She's a dancer for the Nets and has serious moves.

    The trainers are friendly but the office cats are not at all. Once ur in it don't matter. Don't seem helpful re guess passes. $25 for a guest. Really?,

    Call ahead to see if someone in membership services is free. It took me three visits to get someone just to sign me up much less to join and tour the gym.

    Please gym goers, the Squat (Power) racks are for Squats! ....Deadlifts, and Pin Presses. Not DB presses or any other Mens health magazine exercise of the week. THANKS!

    For proteins and healthy salads after a good workout try Fish And Sip restaurant /cafe on 216 flatbush ave btw 5th and 6th ave - 7 min walk from Crunch Park Slope.
