This station was rebuilt to a design by architect Charles P. Rawson when the tracks between Wilson and Howard were elevated onto an embankment in 1921—the name was changed to Bryn Mawr soon after

    For people unfamiliar with this el stop, you can only board from the south side of Bryn Mawr, but you can exit on either side.

    Maybe it's just me but swear the bryn mawr platform is 3 in higher than the rest. Watch your step on and off the train!

    If you need to walk to Andersonville (west), catch a car at the back of the train. Bryn Mawr is super busy and the light at the corner is easier to manouver if you do this.
