We’re not sure how Fidel would feel about it, but life’s a lot of fun at this Havana haven. Get the fiesta rolling with one of the multiple varieties of sangria, from classico to coconut.

Really fun atmosphere! The suckling pig is my fav. Long wait though, expect at least 30 mins pretty much any day of the week. Read more

Get a little taste of everything and get their $4 appetizers! Bacon wrapped dates and ceviche are a must! And the potato stuffed things are good too!

    Marq Romero · January 2, 2011

Service sucks and owner will seat all his friends before paying customers. Got up and left after a half hour as no waiter even came to the table. Go anywhere else.

Be ready to wait an hour. Go not hungry. It's VERY fun, but very loud. Food isn't authentic but it's okay. BYOB.

    Nicole Russodivito · June 22, 2012
  • Daniel H.

mojito chicken is amazing! This place is BYOB so the drink list (mojitos and sangrais) DO NOT contain alcohol, so be sure to bring some wine or some coconut or pineapple rum for mojoitos.

    Daniel Heller · August 25, 2011
  • Mathew R.

Dates wrapped in bacon were slammin

    Mathew Reiffe · May 29, 2010

Delicious tapas - goat cheese tapa was amazing. Banana sangria + add your own rum. Coconut fish was great too. Loud atmosphere, so if you're looking for a quiet place - this isn't it.

    Monica Efman · December 4, 2013

Had a wonderful first time here. Great food and very loud, yet very exciting. Highly recommend.

YUMMM! Best skirt steak. Amazing atmosphere. Great place to go for many occasions. Apps are $3.95 and the sangria is delicious! BYOB!

Enjoy a night in Cuba for a change--order the goat cheese fritters and albondegas. The Vaca Frita is terrific--salty and crispy and the plantains are cooked just right. Highly recommended!

    Tiffany McKoy · May 1, 2013

Definitely a fun environment and the Sangrias are great, but not even close to the best restaurant in Montclair. It's a cheap, cool place to grab a bite though!

    Andrea Neeranjan · February 22, 2013
  • John E.

Try the Armando's Passion - sweet and refreshing

    John Ennion · January 4, 2013

Absolute worst service in Montclair. Waiters bump into you when passing by, they throw a container at you when you want something wrapped to go, and they just disappear. Luckily the food is awesome.

Start off with the picadillo con can't go wrong with the vaca frita as your main entree! Then end your meal with a cup of the cafe con leche and a slice of their tres leches!

Authentic Cuban ? It won't disappoint. Prices are good and food is great. It is the loudest place on earth though. BYOB skip the Sangria.

Had lunch with a group of about 15. We were seated in the private room next to the stairs. The food was great, we brought our own vino for the sangrias. Wait staff was a bit slow but attentive.

Food is great and the price is reasonable. Love the chorizo and dates off the tapas menu. Only downside is the wait to get in and BYOB.

    Lenny Gallo · July 28, 2013
  • Thalia T.

Sangria is great. Large portions so you will definitely walk away with food on hand. Impromptu music by our waitstaff. Dessert is not the best but the entrees make up for that.

    Thalia Thomas · July 20, 2013
  • Erik M.

They make coconut rice like no other!

    Erik Motta · July 6, 2013
