Ropa vieja was a disappointing dish. Don't get it unless you like a scoop of meat with about 3 cups of white rice.
Authentic Cuban cuisine. The "Fidel" Cuban sandwich was excellent. Music is a bit loud for my liking, but it does match the atmosphere. Visited on a whim and it was worth it.
Love the lunch time atmosphere.
Pretty good cuban food. Don't skip out on plantains!
Good gluten free options. Decent place to have a meal prior to going over to DPAC.
DO NOT order the Chocolate Cake! For the price, it's a definite rip-off! They should be ashamed!
Had Roja Stew, spicy Chicken Empanadas & Papa Rellenos. Enjoyed. Will come back.
Besides the drinks being water down the food was pretty decent
Try their mojito. It's awesome. Ask to add strawberry puree, it's even better.
The trees leches cake was amazing.
Older bald bartender is rude and will talk about you with other employees! :( awful experience
Steak sandwich with black beans and rice.
A great fun place to salsa and listen to jazz.
Can never go wrong with the fried green beans. Blue martini nice change from my usual mojito.
Good rice and beans ;()
You mustn't leave without tasting the flan!!
Got to get the Endless Chips and Mango Salsa!
New menu is fresh and fast!
Tried the picadillo, it was fine. The service left a lot to be desired.
The best sandwiches
Has terrible terrible service.
The sweet potato fries are delicious!
Nothing very Cuban about it, unless Cuban food is supposed to be bland and boring.
The "Hostess", Barbara, is an rude insufferable bitch an for the life of me I can't imagine why the owner wants her to be the very first person his patrons have contact with.
SALSAAAAA ALL NIGHT
The tops vieja platter is off the chain
Great morning stuff!
The chips with mango salsa are amazing!
They make THE BEST gin and diets! Just ask for one at the bar!
Don't be in a hurry here. Slowest service in town. It took over an hour to eat when the restaurant was 1/4 full.
Amazing food, but the place always feels understaffed. Servers are polite but frazzled. Order a simple drink if you want it quickly.
The food is amazing! However, the service hasn't been that great the last couple of times I've gone :(
use to be a server web I worked here...love the variety of food and the brief informational about the 1950's and the artist work!!!
Try the Chicken Quesadilla - Very tasty.!
Also.. If you come in expecting to get a great appetizer with the foursquare special... You only get ones less than $6.
Won't let you use the foursquare check in special with a restaurant.com gift card. They tell you it's a coupon.
Dinner was just ok, but the chocolate cake was outstanding! Come on Thursday nights for salsa dancing!
Great place to go before a show!
Give the Maduros wrap a go! Seriously good food!
Pork sandwich & arroz con pollo are both delish!
Not impressed. Empanadas tasted like they were frozen and reheated... Menu is having an identity crisis.. nice patio if the passerbys took an alternate route
Drinks were decent, but the service was pretty bad. Starting the introduction by outlining all of the things on the menu you don't have anymore doesn't leave a great impression.
So far, no good! Drinks taste nasty, food menu is ALL over the place, really hard to understand, also very high priced.
Food is great but the music is so loud you cant hear yourself think. When asking them to turn it down they say they cant. Wait staff look like they dont want to be here
The Santiago is a little bland. All white rice, was hoping for some flavor there.
The Jibarito Steakwiches are most tasty!
Go to Old Havana Sandwich Shop or Dos Perros instead.
The maduros are delicious! I get them every time I go here.
