    DART just added a train stop at Terminal A that's super convenient. Takes about an hour to get from Dallas but worth it (only $2.50!). To get there from airport go to A10 & take elevator downstairs

    Banh Shop terminal D between gate D10-D11. Food is some of the best Airport food I've ever had. Group of us so I got to sample a few dishes. Classic Fried rice was my fav. Pretty good long island too.

    Traveling with mom with a wheelchair, delta is THE best!! So helpful, our attendant said " I will take care of your mom, you do your items in security" fantastic, and so helpful!

    This place is enormous. Definitely give yourself extra time if you are coming here and going through security for international flights... It must be crazy! There is a monorail to move you along!

    Course C's guest lounge is perfect: Tucked away behind Starbucks and near the Skylink entrance, this area has bar-style seating, comfy chairs, a TV, plenty of power outlets and an office nook! Nice.

    TSA staff incredibly FRIENDLY! I had a boarding pass issue on this trip through, and agent walked me to the hallway to show me where to go and told her buds to let me back through. And the did. :)

    Super easy to navigate once you get the layout. Skytrams are inside of security and are very fast and easy to use. Many parking options on/off site. Lots of remodeling so be aware of this.

    Taxis here are expensive. If it's not Sunday and you have an hour for travel you can take the South parking shuttle to the Trinity Railway Express shuttle then get to dtown Dallas or Ft Worth easily!

    Cousins bbq in terminal b is some of the best brisket I have eaten. That is a complement because I have been to Charlie Bryant"s in Kansas city. The broccoli and rice was good.

    If you're a fist time visitor this airport can get super busy. For international flights I'll recommend arriving four hours before and domestic two hours. The service is great and everything is clean

    While I'm of the belief that TSA is inefficient by principle, this is by far the most I efficient given the size of the airport. Make sure you get there at least 2 hours early for domestic flights.

    DFW Airport Valet on the terminal level of each parking garage is pretty fast and returns your car to whichever terminal you return to. A text awaits you when you land with instructions. Love it.

    Lots of great food options just remember that it's a big airport and takes time to get from one side to another. Also all the restaurants stop serving food at 9:30PM so don't wait until it's too late.

    The best food options are in Terminal D. It's a 5 minute ride on the Skylink. My favorite is the Bahn Shop by Gate D10.

    TSA TIP #3 Remove your laptop(s) and shoes/belts while waiting in line for the x-ray machines and carry them in your hands to be ready for the bins, remember laptops are placed in a bin by itself.

    DFW Airport is THE best airport! LAX, LaGuardia, O'Hare, Denver International,...all pale by comparison. I have yet to come across a better one. Brilliant design and functional layout can't be beat.

    Gotta try cousins bbq in term B and D. Quite possibly some of the best smoked brisket ive ever had. Get sliced brisket with the sauce on the side. The other stuff is ok, but brisket is top notch.

    E concourse is where to be for long layovers. They have comfy lay flat couches with charger stations and from what I could tell is less busy then other parts of the airport. A+

    This airport runs smoothly, easy to get around, more than enough amenities per concourse. Draw back is the massive area(distance) covered to get to the concourse you need to be, even with the train.

    If your car won't start, DFW has a FREE courtesy service that will give you a jump! Doesn't matter if you're flying or just picking someone up. The gentleman who helped me was very nice.

    When changing planes/terminals here, look at a map to see if it's quicker to connect via a skywalk rather than taking the SkyTrain and potentially circling the airport.

    Gate D24 has a great spot with a bunch of comfy couches and chairs with leg lifters for the ones that need a catch up nap. AT&T's free wi-fi really nice too.

    All the way after C2 there are some chairs that you can put your legs up... confy! Also a couple of extra pluga for your toys. Not a very popular spot. Very convenient

    Check out Gate D. The art here is amazing. If you're at Gate B, ride the train over one exit to get there. Also check out the Texas Stadium Bar and Grill. The chicken salad sandwhich is good.

    If you're flying AA & taking a parking shuttle, you can check in on any AA flight at terminals A, C, or D & then take the skylink train to your gate. This helps if you're about to miss check in time.

    DFW is huge. If transferring, you likely will switch terminals. There's a great Iris pub named Tigins, I've eaten there in the past (no time now) , recommend it.

    One of the world's busiest airports, DFW has top-notch facilities and getting between terminals without the train will prove impossible. DFW also does not provide free WiFi, and charges $7.99 per day.

    Unlike other big airports, there's not a great sample of local taste inside. I really wish they'd open a Sonic and or Taco Cabana in the terminals, and you wouldn't hate to leave home so much.

    For international travelers: if you don't have any checked in bag, look for Green Carry E-Z sign at the immigration hall. It will bypass Baggage/custom area and get you out faster than Global entry.

    Now you can use your NTTA tolltag to pay at the toll booth. You don't have to wind down your window to get a ticket. This is going to work out real nice when the weather is cold.

    Dallas Fort Worth is a very large airport. There are a number of fast food restaurants in Terminal A, including PopEye's Chicken. For nursing moms there is a nursing room by gate A-18.

    Despite how huge this airport is (third largest in the world!), it's so simple to maneuver around. When it comes to parking, your best bet is parking off-location and taking a shuttle!

    Skylink is a lifesaver is you only have moments to spare between flights. The airport itself is quite vast, so if you've got an hour or two to kill there's lots to see and explore!

    If you have a longer layover, go to D terminal. It's a new terminal that is quiet, spacious and has a variety of different shops, food etc.. way less stress than the other terminals

    Underneath the sky tram escalators are FREE lounges with comfortable chairs and charging stations. A couple of lounges provided cots with pillows and blankets.

    Ironically Terminal D has a walking tour of floor mosaics and a Ben & Jerry's. (Look for tour description on walls by SkyLink escalators.) But it's very beige terminal--I like B better.

    Car renters: There's a Shell gas station right by the rental return. During busy times I'd go to the stations down the road at the Valley View Ln and Car Rental Rd intersection.

    TSA TIP #1: Before getting to the screening check points clean out your clothing pockets as well as any metals/jewelry etcetera and put them into your carryon bags (or jacket pockets) ahead of time.

    If parking at your gate is full, park at the next terminal and take the Sky Tram. Don't hoof it out to remote parking unless you've got time to wait for and ride the shuttle back!

    TSA TIP #5 Once through the x-ray machines take your belongings (trays) off the belts & get re-packed & dressed in the areas designated for this rather than holding up the lines at the x-ray machines.

    In Terminal A, stop at The Grove near Gate 18 for trail mixes & Naked juices. Ask for help with dried fruit. Scoops don't dig in very well. Clerk is more than happy to don plastic gloves to help.

    RENTAL CARS- coming from 635 West, the rental car sign will disappear half way through the airport. Stay on the right and keep driving another 4 miles through the south exit. It will be there.

    Most military friendly airport HANDS DOWN. If you fly American, be prepared for gate changes for your flight since DFW is their main hub. Terminal D is the best terminal in the airport.

    Some terminals are a good distance apart. You have to take a monirail from one to the other. Prepared to spend some time getting to your departing flight if you're making a connection.

    Some gates have outlets under the seats while others only have a counter with outlets. Seats fill quickly so act fast if you need to recharge your devices

    Make sure you listen to announcements and watch the departure board closely as the airlines do a lot of gate changes to different terminals and sometimes don't announce them on loud speaker xx

    Try the cinamon sugar pretzels at the joint by gate D-11. Tell the clerk you want five cin sugar and one regular pretzel sticks. They will make them fresh. Hot. Soft. Tastes good. I'm talking pretzels

    For the Dallas Houston flight, Terminal E almost shuts down completely at 7pm. If you have an evening flight out of E either eat beforehand or go to Terminal D (lots of food). You can use the skylink.

    The WiFi here is free, but very spotty. You occasionally have to re-log on and watch a video every once awhile. WiFi doesn't work on the SkyLink when between terminals so you lose connection.

    There are very limited signs directing you to the rental car shuttle pick up area, which is on the first floor at the nearly the right end. Baggage claim for the A Gates was also not well organized.

    If you're connecting through DFW and need to clear customs, plan to have at least 2 hours between flights. If 1 flight leaves you at terminal D and your conn leaves from A prepare for a nice sprint.

    This airport does not have TSA Pre at every security entrance. Forget your airline and gate # -- Choose your entrance based on which security line has TSA Pre. There's just one at each terminal.

    Terminal A is very clean and modern (has a Pappadeaux). Terminal C not so much. Skylink is pretty efficient but people seem to prefer walking into your face or pushing you instead of saying excuse me.

    Disabled transportation is hard to obtain. You have to be pretty vigilant to find the drivers if all the empty shuttles parked. You may end up walking or waiting 40 min like some on my shuttle.

    DFW is the major hub, so it's confusing, crowded and hectic at times. Wasn't totally walkable between all terminals. But they at least have shuttles to go between them all.

    Con Global Entry tardas 4 minutos todo el proceso, no tardas nada en migracion y mucho menos en Aduana, tardas mas en caminar todo, lo mejor es que evitas todas las filas

    Si tenes que esperar mucho tiempo caminen por los negocios de la terminal D. También pueden comer bien y tomarse un cafe en Starbucks!

    A imigração só começa a funcionar às 5am então torça para seu voo chegar depois desse horário, senão terá que ficar dentro do avião esperando o horário de funcionamento da imigração

    En la sala D encuentras lo mejor para comer, aunque si caminas 15 minutos a la C encuentras TGF o chillis o demás cadenas.
