Is the main gateway from Manila and Cebu to the Eastern Visayas Region in central Philippines. The airport is named after Daniel Z. Romualdez, a former speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives.
Terminal fee from 30 pesos to 100 pesos.
Good to see that renovation's been made ☺
A year after #Haiyan and a week after #Hagupit devastation. This tiny airport is indeed a survivor. Just keep on going TAC no matter what. #bumabangon
The terminal fee is now 100 pesos.
cebu bound 😊
New terminal fee rate: P100.
Keep in mind that after Haiyan/Yolanda, the airport is undergoing major construction. Don't expect too much comfort. However, people here are very nice.
AC in the pre-departure area is back!!!
Airport terminal fee is now P100.
Understandably, there are no snack bars inside TAC/RPVA just yet but there's a row of carinderias just outside to serve hungry passengers.
100php Terminal fee ... i'm cool with this as long as there are improvements everytime I come here. BTW....there is already A/C in the pre departure area....;-)
Hoping for the speedy recovery of this province
It's more fun here. LOL
Be ready to open your luggage because theres no scanning machine.
this airport looks like a barriotic bus terminal. Airplane pala ang naglland dito hindi habal habal!
Restoration and renovation must be done soonest
Check-in early, ask your ride to wait, visit the MacArthur landing & come back. There's nothing to do yet at pre-departure so you might as well support local tourism sites.
Long queue lines await the passengers, so come as early as you can.
Haiyan devasted airport, no stores yet as of today so bring food stuff.
Heaven bless this city! This airport right now is operable only for military air transportations due to typhoon Yolanda ie Haiyan.. God bless the children the most needy victims..
If a group children will approach you while walking downtown, trying to sell you a thing or two or asking for alms, better check your belongings! You might not know what's missing in your bag/pocket
The x-ray machine is still not functioning. Manual inspection of belongings/baggage is still being done by airport personnel. Same thing since August 2013-the last time I was here.
I wish the guards who examine the baggages would wear gloves or use a stick in checking the items inside.
Passengers needs to wait outside the terminal because the terminal is CLOSED no zestair personnel until the scheduled flight!!!! Good thing it's NOT RAINING, have to endure the heat though. :-(
Zestair DON'T provide waiting area for passengers arriving early though they're occupying the new terminal. Zest personnel arrives 2 hrs before the scheduled flight. Only then the terminal be opened.
New airport terminal for Zestair NO SCANNER/X-RAY MACHINE! I wonder does P75.00 terminal fee worth it? Where does goes? Terminal departure area does not opened until 2 hours before the flight. :-(
When you are advised to check-in 2hours before the flight, it doesn't work here. They're still closw, well this is the case when you're taking the 1st flight
Prepare to be extra patient. With the overly delayed renovation still on the way, this airport remains one if not the worst airport in the country.
No air-conditioning unit inside the check-in area. On two (2) slowly ceiling fans are working. Bring your own fan to cool yourself.
Terminal Fee raised to Php 75.00
2 baggage scanners are broke, be sure to organize your baggage, manual scanning is on.
Not enough room for the waiting area
They don't have carts here. No proper ventilation too. :-/
Brace yourself to a SRO, inadequate chairs on peak hours.
There's a poor chance you'll get a seat in waiting area. This airport is too small and too crowded.
Still need a whole lot of work to move up to an international airport... I am however hoping that this happens pretty soon... Lets keep our faith up and push for this to become a reality...
absolutely needs a NEW terminal
Need to say this airport is hell.
Needs renovation ASAP!
Overcrowded. Needs to be renovated. Limited food stalls
The terminal is small. You should come early to avoid the rush.
The authorities here need to reorganize the place. Confusing queus, crowded space, not so well ventilated. People though are very courteous and friendly.
newly elected officials, you seriously need to renovate the airport, its overcrowded, and the seats are uncomfortable..😡
take the jeepney going to downtown for only 13pesos
Be here earlier to check in...
Hi guys! If you don't have much baggage with you. You can always try the San Jose jeepney. fare will cost you 13 pesos going to the downtown area.
Pila sa check-in, pila sa P30 terminal fee, pila sa x-ray.
Airconditioning is not good. Still uses the old type of airconditioning equipment. But other than that, admin and staff are good in service.
SEA AIR :)
