The Bufala & Prosciutto antipasti, Dar Poeta pizza and Nutella & Ricotta Calzone were all amazing. Very busy & staff were a bit grumpy but the food being so good makes this placeworth a visit anyway.

Pizza are amazing. Don't be fooled by the size. They are enough for one big meal. We got dessert and spent the rest of the day in a near food coma experience. Good place to chill out. Will do it again

The spicy Dar Poeta pizza is excellent! The Nutella calzone is truly an interesting experience. Go there a Friday evening around 20:00 and swing by the corner to enjoy a beer or drink with the local.

Great bruschettas - chickpea & lemon, Gorgonzola & honey. Fab pizzas - each had diff ones - I had the Dar Poeta. Unusual, delicious but heavy dessert - ricotta & Nutella calzone! Well worth the wait

Pizza pepperoni is a great one especially if you don't like to eat meat products in your pizza. It was delicious. Nutella calzone is also superb, but one is enough for two people :)

Vegan-friendly pizza place. English-speaking staff. Something for every taste. The crust was crispy but doughy, just the way I like it. The tomato base was fresh & flavourful. Most pizzas were €6-9.

Hiding near lots of tourist traffic, this little pizza place is beloved by locals and a great place to grab lunch or dinner. Outdoor and indoor seating, wine by the carafe, and tons of veggie options.

Avoid the tourist traps of Rome and have a pizza here. The best in Rome. Delicious and affordable. The small Nutella calzone is perfect for two to share. Get there by 19:00 and avoid a long wait.

Best pizza I had so far, visiting Rome. Very crowded, busy place especially around 13/14 pm. Waiters a little rude or inexperienced, but the hostess is a charm. Come here for the fabulous pizzas.

Calzone nutella was amazing! We ordered the small One but after dinner we hardly finished it as 3 people! Also pizza and bruschetta were delicious.

Great pizza, good prices. You must try the Sarmonata. Still, the calzone con nutella didn't seem that fabulous. It's a plain pizza filled with nutella. I'd choose a crêpe over this anytime!

The pizzas are delicious! There are tables outside in a small and calm street. You must be patient to get a table, or put your name on the list and have a drink until then (:

The pizza is out of this world! I had the Siciliana and despite being sceptical about having aubergines on my pizza I was more than positively surprised! The price is super reasonable!

Great place! Lovely small resto look, super yummy pizza, friendly staff! Worth the wait (if you go before 8 the line is not too long after 9 things get a bit tricky).

Cosy and lively pizzeria with their specialty thin crusts. Be ready to share tables and rub elbows. Drink wine in unpretentious small mugs!!

Best pizza I've had in my life, and I eat a lot of pizza. Get the Dar Poeta and the one with pomodoro, mozzarella, salami, and hot Italian pepper (I forget the name)

Small canteen style pizzeria with poems in Roman accent on the walls. Great vegetarian choices as well. Waitress girls are sweet ;)

Excelent pizza! The Sarmonata and Superbufala are great! I also tried Pizza Dar Poeta, but it wasn't extraordinary. It gets very crowded in the evening, so come early!

Try anything with the fresh mozzarella on top. The pesto pizza is great. You can ask for whole wheat crust. If you have room for dessert, order the Nutella calzone.

I ordered the Bufala pizza and it was amazing! I repeat: a-ma-zing! A dinner for two with wine and dessert for 30 euro, my favorite place in Rome!

Word is out, but if there's a wait, they'll serve you drinks out front, or there's a bar on the corner. The wait would still be worth it if they hung you upside down by your toe nails.

Oh my God, that pizza with mozzarella di buffala and artichokes! And the calzone with Nutella as a desert, definitely worth it. The queue grew quite large around 9pm.

Crazy pizza in Roma. Best pizza that i've eaten in this city. This place is a typical italian pizzeria. It's very cheap, most of costumers are from Roma and very quality.

Good local restaurant. Always crowded (better having reservation) The food is much better than the city center. Not for a romantic dinner. Great location.

OMG. 2nd time in 5 years and would go back another 10 more. Go to the Vatican then stroll 20 min down the river to Dar Poeta. Start with the mixed bruschetta followed by any pizza on the menu.

Pizza is cheap 8-9 euros and the choice is great! Food is tasty ( both pizza and salads) but I can't say I found anything special about this place. The pizza was tasty but not the best one I tried.

Not exactly your cosy, family style place. Skip the so-so bruschettas and go straight for the pizzas. There's only one word: Wow! (..and the 4€/half litre house wine is also quite decent)

Best pizza we had while on vacation, by far! Even months after being back in America, no pizza here can compare. Can't get myself to eat it here anymore, we've been spoiled!

I tasted pizza but I think it was not the best in Rome (not bad though). For pizza i have other suggestions from locals not tourist that suggested me Dar Poeta. I've heard good staff for their sweets.

Don't know if it's the best...but it's definitely GOOD and cheap (for Rome). Full of English speakers and students.

the service was very kind. The pizza was delicious. Try the vino della casa rossa (4 Euro for an 0,5l)

Good pizza, but definently not the number 1 pizza place. Its a simple, unremarkable restaurant with good pizza, no more, no less. They also have a 2 euro service charge, for no good reason.
