Came here because the queue at Honey Honey was out the door. Wish we hadn't bothered. Stroppy staff, very average food and ridiculously expensive! $11 for ONE slice of French toast and cheap fruit!

Seriously bad service. Took 20 minutes for the waitperson to tell us there wasn't soup. There were four other small parties at the counter.

A bit pricier than I expected, but the Reuben was massive and absolutely delicious. The pickles are great too.

I ate here because I had a 25% coupon from the Touchstone Hotel. Not worth it. I wish I had gone somewhere else. My eggs and hash browns were overcooked. Service and price were fine though.

People in SF are spoiled by artisinal/local/organicrap. This is as close to a real old school deli you can get here in SF.

I made the mistake of not checking Yelp or Foursquare before coming in here. It looked pretty decent from outside. Don't be fooled. Slow service, awful coffee, etc. Go across the street to Pinecrest.
