What's good here? Not the service. I got ignored for 10 minutes while the staff talked with each other. They helped some hipster who came in as soon as she walked up to the counter. Their tea is weak.

Do you want to wait 15 minutes to be waited on while hipsters cut in front of you and get their orders, then try this place. Worst service in Omaha

I love everything here, but my GOD is the service slow. The workers don't seem to concerned about the growing line of frustrated customers...

Not the fastest service in the world, which can be frustrating if you are in a hurry / used to Starbucks. However, it's worth the wait and the food is amazing. Go here to splurge on fancy dessert.

Go during off hours; skip the weekends. Too many people sitting around writing "novels". The food is excellent. The coffee is very good.

The customer service isn't the same as it was downtown either. They need to remember who they were and go back to what worked. It doesn't matter how good the food is when everything else is so poor.

They are getting greedy for the money they charge. You no longer get a side with your entree selection....not cool when you are spending $8.00 with no drink either.

You've got to try the new paninis if you haven't already. They're $6.95 and that includes a side.
