Di Fara Pizza has been voted #1 Pizzeria in NYC for 8 years running. Try our mouthwatering pizza and see for yourself why we are the best.
Best pizza I have ever had in my life, the crust is beyond phenomenal. Anything you order is unreal. It is worth all the hype. A plain pie is $30 but it's totally worth the price. Cash only!
The above average slice isn't worth the waiting time, but it's an institution that merits at least a visit.
This was bad... I wish it lived up to the hype. I'm actually shocked how bad this was. Too salty, ingredients are poor quality. It was maybe good long time ago
As silly as it sounds, by a square slice or three to share while you wait for your pizza. It will prime your appetite for a spectacular pie.
I stopped by on Sat around 7pm and got my square slice right away. I admire the man how he make them, but it definitely was not the best pizza I had. It was thin and crunchy but the rest was mediocre.
It was delicious and definitely a step above other new york pizza places, but ultimately not the best I've ever had. Pizza crust was great, thin and crispy though.
If you made the trek out here, congrats. You're at one of the top five places to get pizza in New York City. Now just be very patient. It'll be worth the wait.
Get one round, one square, and take leftovers home
This is the perfect pizza right here.
Amazing pizza. To die forTake the whole pie.
Overrated, overpriced and not worth the trip to Midwood.
Pizza is good, but not worth the 40 minute train ride + 2 hour wait! Bring a lawn chair to chill on the street because it's definitely an all day event.
the di fara classic was olive oil drenched cheesy goodness but the square pizza's crunchy crust blew us away. worth the 1.5 hr wait and $33+ per pizza pie.
Take your time. Your pizza maker is no rush.
The absolute best pizza, go for the square slice
Pizza takes a while but is worth it. Advise you go grab some beers and bring em back to drink while waiting/eating
You'll have to wait in line for a slice of this legendary pizza. Go for the Square Pie, which has just the right amount of chew and is topped off with fresh basil.
Well worth the wait. Try both square and regular, but regular is better
Order at Di Fara and walk around the corner to sibling Italian comfort food restaurant MD Kitchen. Because what makes a 2 hour wait for bread, sauce, and cheese better? Shrimp parmigiana heroes.
BEST OF THE BEST
No words. Pure joy.
Quaint. cute seeing the old man work solo. Painstakingly slow. His son helps by cutting the basil. Otherwise there's no one else working meaning 1-2 hour wait for a pie, which can be soggy or burnt
The pizza, duh!
Sublime. Theatric. Almost medieval in the level of artisanship. But you'll wait(and pay) for it.
Spread Love its the Brooklyn Way! The "Don" Dom Demarco is handling the Pizza with his bare amazing hands for over 50 Years now! Much respect & ❤️ to the Di Fara Family!
a must in New York.
The square pie is even better than Prince Street pizza. There, I said it.
The pizza here is some of the best if not the best I've ever had. Slices take a while and press are pricey at $30. Fresh basil on top and the flavors are out of this world.
Just like the sign says: "Pizza Heaven."
He's too old to make pizza, he's actually lost the motor skills.
make the trip, it is worth it
Everything is perfect.
The best pizza in the WORLD. You will laugh... you will cry... you will be back for more.
This.....this place. This place is the pizza that NY is known for. This is ground zero. This is THE Brooklyn Pizza.Where pizza starts and ends.
The best pizza in New York? Yes. Period.
The pizza is definitely worth the wait at Di Fara
Best pizza in NYC by far. Makes Grimaldi and Tontine taste like sewer waste
Come early, BYOB, worship. One pie is not enough.
Worth the wait
Pizza is amazing and fresh.
Best Pizza I've ever had !! Worth the wait (1 hr 15 min)
Possibly the best pizza in NY. Well worth the wait. Get a plain pie and then something crazy. Pick up beers across the street.
Best pizza in NY. Make sure to get round and square varieties. Calzone is a sleeper hit
With all that wait, you might as well get a pie. Square cheese pie with sun dried tomatoes.
Buy whole pie and resell :)
Regular pizza. Sauce is off the hook
Delicious! Got a regular pie with pepperoni, mushrooms and garlic. Authentic no nonsense Italian.
Whole pie, garlic, pepperoni, sun-dried tomatoes
