    If they still have bread ask for a sandwich, it's not directly on the menu but will be absolutely delicious. A simple sandwich with cheese, prosciutto and some olive oil drizzled on top. It's like $8.

    Waits can be long, but only because so many people are vying for their products, like prosciutto di parma, smoked mozzarella, and soppressata. Lots of imported goodies and the staff is amazing.

    Make sure to grab a number on the way in- that's how you get served. The porchetta, prosciutto, meatballs, mozzarella, olives, etc... Everything is good. Plus, they're pretty liberal with the samples!

    THE ONLY PLACE I trust to slice their prosciutto Di Parma perfectly. Cacciatore dried sausage is amazing with piave. Pistachio crema > Nutella. They let you sample everything & are extremely helpful.

    Call ahead to confirm if and when the succulent, fatty, fennel-stuffed porchetta will emerge from the oven (usually around 1pm). When you arrive, they'll throw it on a sandwich for you for $7.
