Best sandwich in San Francisco. Get The Special and add avocado. Dirt cheap. You can't go wrong.

    Brodie Olmstead · July 24

The special is pretty good but the meat texture is weirdly reminiscent of corned beef. Not great as leftovers but too big for one sitting.

Great vegan options and better ingredients e.g. thai iced tea with blue agave, avocado shake with cane sugar :-)

The crispy tofu banh mi has tofu that is shredded for maximum crunch with every bite. You can also get it in a fresh spring roll; both are vegan, as are the avocado or mango-mint shakes.
