Thai iced tea with a crispy tofu bahn mi is my fave order 👌🏻
When in doubt for a quick dinner snack: Dinosaurs.
Cute place and not-too-expensive smoothies/shakes that are tasty!
Best sandwich in San Francisco. Get The Special and add avocado. Dirt cheap. You can't go wrong.
The special is pretty good but the meat texture is weirdly reminiscent of corned beef. Not great as leftovers but too big for one sitting.
I love the shaking beef with a mango mint juice!
The Crispy Tofu is a great vegetarian sandwich. Get it with an avocado shake or a mango mint smoothie.
Really cool place. Buy to go and eat at Dolores park your awesome sandwich.
Get the pork sandwich!
Really slow service
Nice rolls and cheap too!
I enjoy the shaking beef sandwich and the mango mint drink.
Sandwiches are good. Not the best Vietnamese subs I had, but the price is good. Really liked their spring rolls!
I'm pescatarian so I ordered the crispy tofu and it was really good! I highly recommend it
Best Vietnamese sandwich in town. Period.
Really disappointing for people who ever tried a banh mi from Duc Loi.
Get the combo!
Any sandwich with an iced coffee is a great way to nurse that hangover.
Remember to get avocado to your sandwich!
Shrimp papaya salad is great! Get an avocado shake too!!
Get the pork and shrimp spring rolls! They have apple in them! Favorite spring rolls in sf.
Great fresh spring Rolls
Great vegan options and better ingredients e.g. thai iced tea with blue agave, avocado shake with cane sugar :-)
The crispy tofu banh mi has tofu that is shredded for maximum crunch with every bite. You can also get it in a fresh spring roll; both are vegan, as are the avocado or mango-mint shakes.
Shaken beef sandwich and avocado shake make a winning combination.
Bomb spring rolls. Also the watermelon lychee smoothie is KEY
Thai iced tea!
Roast pork sandwich!
Watermelon lychee smoothie is the bomb
Mango mint smoothie!
The special is a great choice for banh mi lovers. Crispy tofu was also a surprisingly tasty no-meat option.
The best value lunch you can get in SF
Beginners get the chicken sandwich. "The special" for the adventurous.
Get the special!
If the line at Ike's is too long, go to Dino. Fast, cheap and pretty good.
YUM quick and near your house. Banh mi sandwiches
Avoid the special - weakest banh mi I've had in San Francisco. Flavorless and shredded pork
Wife likes the Crispy tofu. Extra spicy
Good food, especially considering the price. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich with avocado. Totally worth the extra buck!
Crispy tofu sandwich = vegan = <3
Don't order the chicken and shrimp primavera rolls, they are filled with a white pasta and only a few chicken/shrimp strips.
Always get the Watermelo Litchie Slushie.
Love the Vietnamese sandwiches here. My go-to place when I want something a little lighter for about $5. Order the special, with roasted pork, pork loaf, and pate. Yum!
A hidden gem in the Castro, the sandwiches here are amazing. My faves are the Shaking Beef and Roasted Chicken. Be sure to get a Watermelon Litchi or Avocado Shake to complete the meal. Cheap too!
The Special.....my new fave sandwich
Crispy tofu and mushroom is perfect.
Shaking Beef and Mango Mint smoothie on a hot SF day!
Crispy tofu sandwich is the blandest bahn mi I've ever had.
Ask about some of their secret sandwiches- like the PCP: pork, chicken, pâté!
