Try to get here around 11:30 to get the juiciest meat from the rotisserie. I like a side of gravy to dip the chicken into, because I believe in excess in all things.

  • Jen B.

The chicken is fantastic, but don't forget the sides: the mac 'n cheese is so rich, and the kale is sauteed in buttery garlic. Comfort food that hits the spot, every time.

    Jen Ball · August 15, 2011

I have NEVER had a bad meal here. The kale is AHMAZING. All the sides are excellent. You'll love this place! You can be as healthy or as unhealthy as you want to be.

Very hole in the wall. While the outside isn't very inviting, the employees here are so friendly. The food is awesome. Get the spicy mayo with everything!

Mac n cheese is awesome! Can't wait to try the other sides. The fried chicken and rotisserie are both really good. Can't decide.

Great fried chicken. Even ordered in heaps for my baby shower - all delicious, hot and on time. Corn bread and vinegar - yum.

18+ bucks for 3 pieces of chicken, root beer and tiny Mac and cheese. You'll be better off at Popeyes, and oh! Popeyes taste better too!

When in-season, they have the BEST Brussels sprouts I have ever tasted. Regardless, my favorite TO-GO spot in the city.

Some of the best fried chicken in NYC. The Mac & Cheese was a little disappointing. Be sure to pick up some extra cornbread.

Of course the fried chicken is amazing, but don't forget everything else! The roasted BBQ chicken wrap is my favorite.

The mac and cheese is amazing. If you're planning on picking up lunch here, call in your order ahead, the wait for your food can sometimes be a while.

Hands down the rotisserie chicken over the fried chicken. And skip the mac & cheese. The other sides are way more interesting!
