Welcome to the Happiest Place on Earth. While you’re in Disneyland, make sure you go to the castle. That’s where I ran into Mickey! Mickey Disanti, from my old neighborhood. He looked great.

Disneyland never disappoints me. But that's just my opinion, I love it here specially during the weekdays! There's no lines and less kids crying everywhere. I love their snacks and food. Get your ears

Make sure you get your fast passes to maximize your rides! My fav include space mountain, splash mountain and the sunset view with Thunder railroad. Oh, and daily fireworks.

Best things to do in Disneyland is grab a churro, turkey Leg, or Dole Whips a must. Grab a Fast Pass for popular attractions. Main Street stays open an hour later after park closing to enjoy shopping.

Get a fast pass for space mountain as soon as you get to the park. They sell out quick during peak seasons. Don't forget to get a corn dog on Main Street before you go home!

1 day isn't enough! Make sure you get into Star Tours and do not eat & buy souvenirs until you get deep into Disneyland! If you want to watch the parade, be 2 hours early and grab a spot.

DON'T GO ON WEEKENDS! I've never seen so many people in one place. We were there the weekend before Halloween. There were lines to get into the ride lines. It's much smaller than Disney world.

Where to begin? Great park, great rides, great atmosphere. One tip to keep in mind "Be ready to spend because we all know that theme parks can get pricey." But it's worth every penny!

If possible, go on a non-Holiday Tuesday or Wednesday, most lines will be under 15 minutes (you can fast pass the few popular ones) well-worth the odd vacation day

Red Wagon corn dogs are one of the best food deals in the park. Make sure to get your FastPasses for the more popular attractions. Pay a visit to Darth Vader or Kylo Ren at the Star Wars Launch Bay!

This is my favorite theme park! Me and my family go every year and the kids always have so much fun! But you might want to save up because it is very expensive :(

the parks after dark are truly magical, with fewer crowds, cooler breezes and knockout nighttime entertainment: World of Color at California Adventure, Fantasmic and evening fireworks at Disneyland

(This was true in 2012) You can use a Fastpass after the printed time window, and you can pick up a new Fastpass after either two hours or after the time window opens, whichever comes first.

Get here early as you can as lines are long. Some rides offer fast passes so take advantage and plan your day! Also, take time to watch the parades!

Fantasmic is my favorite show, favorite dish is the chicken creamy pesto pasta from the Plaza Inn, and favorite ride is a tie between Space Mountain and Star Tours. Get fast pass for Fantasmic.

If you are visiting the park for a couple days break try to stick to one park at a time. Also make sure you wear sunscreen and drink water! You can get a free glass of water at restaurants if you ask.

Springtime Round-Up at Big Thunder Ranch is an EXCELLENT way to meet characters. There are 6-8 there with little to no lines, and include Mickey, Minnie and even Roger Rabbit. It's a must-do stop!

Well, it's Disney land, the most magical place in the world if you're under the age of 10. Water is $4 a bottle and almost every ride has an hour long wait but it's all part of the "experience".

Looking for craft beer? Check out Carthay Circle and Mendocino Terrace in DCA for a great selection of beer and craft cocktails (and a view!)

everything is amazing! Best place to get treats is Pooh's Corner! Don't get scared of the lines though, usually they're shorter that they look. Rent a locker for clothes for when it gets cold

Stay at a disney resort and be there first in line at 630am and your kids might get chosen to open the park. Hustle to tomorrowland or fantasyland for rides as fast pass not start until 745

If you want to avoid the really long lines and don't mind an early morning rope drop is the best time to be there. You still will have to deal with the hotel crowd but it's lot less.

Look for HIDDEN MICKEYS! They are Mickey heads in inconspicuous places. See if you can find one in the power lines of the attached picture! There are hundreds in both parks and it is FREE & FUN!

There are 2 parks . The smaller one is filled with adult rides , the larger more for kids . Single fast track passes are the fastest way to go. Also stay back for the fireworks.

Start at DCA and grab World of Colors and Carsland passes. If you can only afford 1 park, choose Disneyland, but DCA is fun too. Skip the Monte Cristos @ Cafe Orleans unless you have a HUGE appetite.
  • Danielle C.
Go to the Mint Julep bar across from the New Orleans train station and grab a Mickey beignet. You'll thank me...unless you're on a diet, then you'll hate me. But at least you're walking all day! 😉

Great rides but the lines were too long (some over two hours), they were giving out too many fast passes. They really need to start using the same system as Disney World to book rides online.

The humans claim this is the "Happiest Place on Earth." Biometric survey led by Gamma has confirmed that this is true. Second happiest is the butter sculpture exhibit at the Iowa State Fair.

For a break from the sun on a hot day head on over to the Enchanted Tiki Room but before the show starts purchase the Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float and enjoy it inside the Tiki Room.

Are you kidding? What's not to like about the Happiest Place on Earth? Will add that security is tighter now than ever before. Careful what you bring. Think "jet airliner" and you'll be good.

Get there right as they open, take a break in the afternoon back at your hotel to relax and freshen up and right back to the park in the early evening and stay until the park closes. Get the corn dog!

The fast tracks are two per hour , so u can't get them in all the rides . Lots of souvenir shops outside Disney that sell the same stuff at half the price. Is better to visit in the morning n evening

The tour-style rides (i.e. Peter Pan) are superb, while the rollercoasters are good. Also, food is unbelievable for amusement park food. I recommend the corn dog+matterhorn macaroon.
