Offering the kind of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere and decor inspired by the outdoor beauty of Northern California.
Never set the air conditioning to auto unless you want your deep slumber to be interrupted by the roaring sounds of the fan turning on...
The breakfast is the bomb and free!
Thin walls lots of sex and TV noises
ask for a room without the sleep number bed, on the 3rd floor, & away from the mainstreet!!
Heater/air con is very loud and a bit smelly. Rooms with outside Walls are freezing too. Little bit souless really.
Service has been great. Rooms are comfortable. Food is really good!
Domain Hotel = Serendipity Hotel. They leave cookies in your room!
Forest backdrop and lemongrass scent in the Awakening Rooms and a blue design with lavender fragrance in the Tranquility Rooms.
Breakfast is not included :(
Great place, great staff and the breakfast is delish!
Room 301 is BOSS
Get room via priceline overpriced and noisy otherwise
Earplugs are a must on ANY side of the bldg (open lobby amplifies sound). "Bytes" service definitely bites. Wifi super slow unless u pay more.
The Domain is a bargain. Good rooms, great people, great location and the breakfast rocks.
Room 318 is designed for the physically challenged.
Beautiful decorated, friendly staff, good service.
The window shades do NOT keep out the light. They're badly designed with a 1/4" gap on either side of the window. Be prepared for a blast of direct early morning sunlight in your face.
Complimentary wine Sunday through Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 in the lobby. Not too shabby!
Room comes with a fridge. No microwave, but can have one sent to your room by request. Also, per usual, can request more hangers.
If you need hot water, you either have to warm it yourself or bring it from somewhere else. The hotel hot water system does not work.
Breakfast was cold by 8:30 but bartender was friendly and steak dinner was superb. Thin walls so bring earplugs. Had no hot water in the bathroom sink but the shower was almost scalding at full heat.
Kim chi and miso @ breakfast. Yum!
Get a room facing outside or face no natural light for your stay. Rooms are OK, restaurant sucks. Rent a car. free shuttle
Free shuttle to and from SJC airport!
Really thin walls so either drink a lot or bring eat plugs so you can sleep
Avoid what they call an "interior" room. Other than that, your golden.
Interior is much better than the exterior
There is insufficient parking, but try to avoid parking in the rear lot. There is no building access, so you must walk around to the front of the hotel, or down into the parking garage.
Inside rooms have no natural light or ventilation. Water pressure very low. A/C fan very loud.
