Dong Bei is a quaint dumpling shop that serves yummy and probably the CHEAPEST DUMPLINGS in town. Kuchay Dumplings @ 120/14pcs. Best to go before night since they usually run out of stock! :)

The sanitary concerns of this resto is a bit questionable though as the servers roam around in dirty uniforms and preparing he dumplings just there.

Kunchay dumpling is the best! For the other dishes and dumplings, make sure to ask for soy sauce as they tend to lean more towards blandness

It's a very small place, but very popular so it's always full during meal times. If you come in at odd hours (like past 1pm), make sure you come in a group so they serve you everything on the menu.

I dunno why this place is highly regarded. The servers are unaccommodating and even bordering on rude. You need to be patient if you want to dine here or you'll certainly have a bad dining experience.
