steak bites are great, hummus plate is a good one too. a lot of smokers on the back patio...
Say hi to the clear moose head. Hit the patio with the fire pit as it gets warmer.
Cheap and delicious happy hour- fries and tots for a couple bucks
Not bad for Shows, not as much character as the Know.
Great fresh squeezed Screwdriver!
Skip breakfast here. The food is meh, the prices are a bit high, and the staff seems out of it (three times, now).
Cozy place to see a show or drink. Masculine outdoorsy log cabin like environment. Wear a red & black checkered shirt with a black skull cap to round out the whole lumberjack look.
Black. bean. burger.
Get your light Thanksgiving fix all year: The Bird Leg (turkey leg) & side of Mashed Potatoes! Yum!
One of the best breakfast spots near the Jupiter, service can be slow, but a fun place to talk over food with a group of friends.
Don't go here to eat. It's not good. A beer and a concert is what DFL does best.
A favorite music venue that is both comfortable and romantic. Enjoy a cosy drink by the fireside in the colder months.
Come here for breakfast and pretend you're eating in a 1970s ski lodge.
Good music, food was ok. Great atmosphere!
The log cabin interior of this hangout in Portland gets all the press, but don't ignore the outdoor patio—particularly the fireplace area. It's one of the friendlier places on earth for a microbrew.
Colony House about to hit the stage!
Cool space (patio, interior, etc). Great service.
Catch the live bad downstairs and the rhino stamp on your hand
Best tater tots I've ever had. Great selection of Oregon-made cocktails as well.
I come back every time I visit Portland. Bonus: see a show there.
Best live music venue in Portland and hands-down
Interesting bar, coolinterior
Very cozy and Portland chic! Great place for a first date :)
Solid drinks and food if you're East of the river. Also a music venue in the basement. :O
Mirrors, glass, wood. I officially designate this venue the capitol of NorthWest "log-glam."
One of PDX's most famous music venues, but also a great bar (see who's playing)
There is a waitress that will serve you behind the beaded curtain in the lounge if you're lazy and don't want to stand at the bar.
Servers overwhelmed short staffed did not even get to get a drink
Service is slow but the food is very good
Great decor with wooden arches and full log construction...
Late night with friends? Get a round of duckfarts and some cheesy fries. You won't regret it.
The sirloin is totally worth 20$
killer music venue! outstanding burger. sexy people. do you like candy?
Mai Tai is lacking in the key sweet ingredient to balance out the drink.
Try the amazing breakfast burrito, with delicious smokey ranchero sauce.
Be nice to the box office staff! Please!!
A relaxed, yet classy place for a drink. Or two. Or three.
Horrible service. It took over an hour to get my cold eggs and no one even apologized.
Great intimate cellar for the best concerts. Definitely in PDX top 5
Cocktails ... They have an amazing selection of interesting cocktails.
The Doug Fir Lounge hosts an eclectic mix of up-and-coming local and international artists. Baroque pop or folk orchestra, anyone?
Is it just me, or do you feel like you're in a movie, music video or apple commercial when you're here?
There were people playing acoustic guitar by the fire pit. I dare you to be more Portlandian.
Right next to the Jupiter Hotel, this place is awesome! Great bar/lounge.
Fairies farewell breakfast
Hipster jokes aside, this place had a really great vibe. We saw Adam Green and Binki Shapiro and the venue was so small and personal. Really great place.
Best venue for music, acoustics are spot on. Bar is great, hotel set up...not so much.
Go for the show. BUT do NOT eat here, unless your a fan of the food you sent back because it was cold being microwaved and re-served only lukewarm. Hello health department....
