From Washington Av on the north to Charleston Bl on the south, and from 10th St on the east to Las Vegas Fwy on the west.
It was cool! Probably better at night tho
What's not to like
Best part of Las Vegas
Heart Attack Grill
The D hotel. ***** stars
With its $70 million light canopy, $17 million in upgrades and 550000-watt sound system, the Fremont Street Experience. ... Fremont Street Experience’s SlotZilla zip line open.
Fremont Street Experience is definitely something to see! Great drink specials, shows & special events. So much less crowded & more local friendly than the strip. Gold Spike is THE bar!
Fun cheaper and interesting
You can't beat the people watching but also watch your wallet/purse. Great for $5 BLACKJACK
Hay un Tony Romas cerca
Genial el Tony romas
Cheaper foods and booze than the actual strips. But you do have to pay for parking in most places in old Vegas.
It's a different vibe compare to the main strip. I still think it is definitely must check out if you are in Vegas.
They are really working to revitalize downtown with new restaurants and bars. There is even a new hotel and many of the older hotels have renovated. It's worth getting off The Strip to check out.
check out the old buildings next to the El Cortez. it looks so much better with the art work on them from the Life is Beautiful festival a few weeks ago. I hope vandals don't ruin them.
Go to heart attack grill
don't leave the covered area or wander away from the casino's. there are homeless bums and thugs in the darkness. BE SAFE!
Area is getting bad with beggars and homeless people. I did not feel comfortable having a drink down there. Light show is neat.
Make sure you go at night to see the light show!
This is the part of Vegas you don't want to miss. Tons of old locations to seek out, tourist spots to check out & fun shows on every corner. Be sure to tip your bartenders & they'll take care of you.
Onde tudo começou em Las Vegas
The way locals do!
Wonderful light show with the biggest outdoor screen as the roof of the whole walk way. Great bands along the walk.
Definitely worth a $20 cab ride to check out the old strip!
I love DTLV - Love the community - Viva DowntownLV
Light show was nice.
Craving red meat cheap & not processed into a tube? Go get the $6.99 Prime Rib at the Gold Spike.
Downtown is the new hip central for vegas locals lunch at trike George for the lawyer suits scene fremont east for the hipster tech scene at night las well as late night clubs don't miss it HOT
Just in case you don't have enough crazy, loud, smelly, ignorant people in your life, come on down.
Avoid until at least 9pm.
Turn them down a bit.
The beer is fresh!
Best time ever !
beautiful with lots of light shows, and giant monitor screen on the ceiling
The LIGHT show is a must see downtown. shows every hour on the hour in the evenings
This is OLD Vegas, like 1970's. Retro, but sometimes trashy. Leave your ideas of the lavish strip hotels behind.
When thirsty stop in Old Town.
Theres No Place Like Home!!
Downtown is the place to be. Experience some of the best art, music and culture that Vegas has to offer. Whether in the Arts District or on Fremont East, Downtown has a little something for everyone.
what a dump. im sticking with the strip next time
Now Fremont has a zipline! Give it a try if you've got deep pockets.
