Try the Volcano Fries - delicious (and vegan)! Also, this may sound strange, but be sure to check out the restroom -- the walls and ceiling are made of copper!

Mushroom lentil burger w/ a fried egg, kimchi and a few switchbacks. Ask to sit in the piano in the back and be sure to stay awhile. You'll like it here.

The restaurant isn’t strictly fusion, it’s an eclectic spread of street food from around the world (with artsy and mismatched décor to boot,) but their menu like selecting from a “greatest hits” list. Read more

I think this is my fav. restaurant in BTV. Everything is good on the eclectic menu, but the chicken and waffles are my favorite. Cool vibe, too.

Chu Sui Bao is the best thing on the menu. An absolute treat! Add the Som Tom and steamed kale for a fantastic healthy feast. Sazerac runs quite sweet, compared to the Planet or any place in NOLA.
