Be sure to get food ahead of time, not many options on site.

Smallest airport I've ever been - it only has 4 gates

Easy airport to get in and out of. If your renting a car get as close to the front of the plane as possible. Otherwise you are waiting at least 30 min.

Only food inside security is a vending machine so if you want something better, get there early to order from the counter.

There are now 4 flights leaving between 2:30 and 3:30pm. Security lines run out-the-door and there are no available seats in the waiting area. Plan accordingly.

If you want anything to eat, get it before leaving town or wait till Denver/Phoenix/Dallas. The snack bar is pretty unappetizing and there's nothing at the fairly chintzy gift shop.

Free wifi, cheap parking. Not close to town though. About 8 miles out. Overall nice airport.

Security is fast but nothing available besides gates when you get through it. Use the restroom before!

Noon is the busiest time at security as there are two flights leaving at the same time.

They actually do take credit at the snack bar. And there is an ATM.

Plan for over-ambitious TSA agents with a naked-scanner

    Paul Paris · March 16, 2012

Don't arrive less than 40 min before departure time if you need to do anything other than go directly through security. The ticket counter and kiosk will close and you will be screwed.

Easily the slowest gate agents in any airport in the US. Give yourself time, because there is no motivation to get you on your flight.

I've noticed this at other small airports - it's like they dont't see computer backpacks with tons of stuff very often. The security staff took mine aside, took all the cables & cords & stuff out and
